Pros: nice car, fast rent a car
Pros: The car pickup was delayed by about one hour because the rental company’s base is not actually located at the airport, despite what is stated in the booking. The car was handed over dirty and without windscreen washer fluid, which is unacceptable, especially in winter conditions. Additionally, the security deposit has still not been refunded, even though it has already been 3 days since the car was returned with no damage confirmed. Pros: I would like to inform you about a very disappointing and frustrating experience I had with the car hire company MM Car rental at Katowice Pyrzowice on Monday 29th September. I was trying to contact the 3rd party company on several occasions regarding the hire car drop off. Eventually I received an email from them asking what time I'll be dropping the hire car off and at which location. I sent the relevant information back to Mr Szymon Bielec who is the Rental Specialist at Katowice Branch.
Cons: In my response I stated that I'll be dropping the hire car off the same day (29th of September) at Katowice Pyrzowice Airport by terminal B at 4:30pm. I arrived at the agreed location at the agreed time and there was no one from the hire car company there to collect the hire car from me. I then sent an email to MM car rental that no one arrived to collect the car and that I can't wait any longer as I need to go through airport security to catch my plane.
