Cons: The car we had was full of outside advertising which we would preferred not to have. We asked for a manual but found it was an automatic. Saying this the automatic was much better and easier for us and would ask for automatic in future.

Pros: Its a long hall/launch at arrivals at Katowice airport and Panek desk is not located with most of other car rental companies. Is located on the other end of hall, when is crowdy difficult to spot it.

Cons: It is a second time, and different airport, when I had problems with parking ticket they provide to leave car park. The gate did not recognize ticket and I had to look for help from Panek company. That means somebody had to come from terminal to gate, this person tried himself to use ticket, didn't work, he had to call car park service to open gate for me. All together I lost about 20-30 min. It is strange because other customers they paid for tickets didn't have any problem at the gates.

Pros: The car was in good condition, clean and was easy to drop off. The rental desk was easy to find at the airport.

Cons: I ordered an automatic SUV, making a special trip to the airport to pick it up. Upon arriving, I was told to sign the paperwork, after which it turned out that instead of a automatic SUV, I got a manual minibus...which I cannot drive. I downgraded to a 5-seater automatic, but was forced to pay the full price for the bus.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1395.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, State Tax, Out-of-hours drop-off.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Child seat (2-4 years of age).

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
