Pros: Pick-up and drop-off were handled quickly.
Cons: My booking was for a C-HR or similar. At the desk I was told the car would be a Nissan Juke (in my view, not equivalent) and offered a Toyota Camry instead, with no verbal mention that either carried an extra cost. I chose the Camry, then was charged a 'higher segment surcharge' of EUR 335.79 on top of the ~EUR 400 already paid. When I queried it, the only answer was that I had signed. Presenting an undisclosed paid upgrade as a free choice is a misleading practice.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 600.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Intermediate, Minivan, Premium, Fullsize a driver license issued at least 2 years ago is required.

For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
