Cons: Misleading information about car sizes! I ordered medium size and was delivered Toyota Yaris Cross. It is small car on steroids!! 3 adults on a back seat was a nightmare! ACE refused to swap it for a bigger one at a pick up!

Pros: the car was ok

Cons: They charged me 45 euros for crossing a border, and they didn’t allow me to cross another border, so I had to rent another car and leave the first one standing for three days. This caused me very heavy expenses. It is truly disappointing. I would not have rented from them if this had been clearly stated upfront and not hidden in small, unclear print in the voucher I received after the purchase. Outrageous!!

Cons: 1. Since the company parking is located outside of airport, I was taken there to complete the car reception. But when I returned back to the airport to pick up my family I had to pay the airport's parking fee. 2. The full coverage insurance for the car was more expensive then the price of the rent. The rent costs 1700 PLN and the insurance costs 2500 PLN. So the overall price was much higher then expected 3. The front tires of the vehicle were pumped much more then needed, making driving unco

Cons: It is not stated anywhere that the agency is located outside the airport area. Agent asked for arrival time yet i had to wait 20 minutes outside the terminal for pickup. Then the agent lost the larking ticket, drove around looking for it then drove to pay the fine. After all that, during formalities, they typed my credit card details, including CCV, into their system and refused to rent otherwise. Upon delivery we had to wait 20 minutes to be delivered to the terminal. Rude and incompetent.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, driver license with photo, ID with photo.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
