Cons: They prey on their victims who are confused of why their booking is not valid, then proceed to push you into buying accident cover and not mentioning other charges. You sign the paperwork because you are confused, tired and dragging suitcases and children with you, and also you are not familiar with the exchange rate. This booking has costed us a fortune in hidden charges and we will be filing a complaint to the authorities.

Cons: I paid for additional coverage on the website so was not expecting further bills, when we picked up the car agent put fear of God into us and said that we we paid for does not cover us as it should in Poland and we had to take another policy at the cost of more than £50

Cons: There were many hidden fees and conditions when you take out the car out of the country. It is understandable. However, the deposit changes from around 500 euro to more than 2000 euro when you want to travel around bordering countries. That seems a bit predatory as it is nowhere stated.

Cons: The company has charged me extra for cleaning the car, both for the inside and the outside. My car was not dirty, it had just regular use, and might had some dust, crumbs or similar that can be hoovered up in 1 minute. The same with the outside it was overall clean, but might have some mud or bird droppings, which is washed off in 1 minute. I have never heard of a hire company charging for minor cleaning, in fact they told me that if i will not take out their extra protection, they will charge.

I only learned about the change in car model upon receiving the keys, and the vehicle provided was smaller and lacked certain functionalities that were crucial for our family trip. Cons: I could write many pages about them. 1) They asked for 600zlt to cross the border with Germany while in their T&C the cost was 300zlt. The guy at the desk asked to see the email from DiscoverCars that confirms the cost of 300zlt. 2) In case somebody doesn't want to select the full insurance coverage that they offer they ask for 7000zlt deposit, which is quite far from the amount of 750€ that is described in your email and T&C. 3) In the above case they asked to return the car cleaned! 4)... 5)..

Cons: Complaint case raised as flight was delayed and the car was cancelled despite me calling the collection point over 10 times to inform. Ended up getting last minute rental from another company.

We spend close to an hour standing at the desk trying to sort out this ridiculous situation. We paid for a new reservation and car had a broken bumper suggesting they gave a car that previous customer damaged. Unbelievable, avoid this company at all cost. Complain email sent 2 weeks ago, no response...

Cons: I wasn't informed credit card has to be valid for 6 month so had to buy full insurance in order to get the car. Insurance cost double what I was quoted for the whole rental. Had no option but pay or be left without the car

We spent more then an hour to take the car, thay took us double credit deposit since we are going out of the country and it's wasn't written anywhere. The Representative tried everything to push us to buy their own insurance in high price and every time changed the price. He wasn't nice or pleased to help
