Pros: Fast, easy, transparent.

Cons: They are outside of the terminal, but pick you up and take you back there fast. I didn't like the terms about the car cleanliness. It is hard to keep the car clean when it snows or rains and things get muddy and I don't think this it is the customer's responsibility to wash it.

Pros: I got a few years old car, which was in a mint condition, except front tyres.

Cons: The front tyres were so warn out that they were barely legal for summer use. I got the car in middle of the winter and one one of the days it snowed 15 cm. I was unable to use the car on that day, as it would have been not safe. I called the support line to report this, they promised to send SMS with email address where to send images of the Tyres. The message never arrived. I sent email to their damage reporting email, but I didn't get any response.

Cons: No person available to accept the car in return. Agent at the desk said to leave her the key and the car would be inspected later. Car returned full of fuel without damage. 10 days later a change for 1000ZL/€240 appears in my credit card without any reason.

Cons: Agents are not professional!!! We asked to bring back the car a few hours later then the invitation hour. The agent that give us the car told us that there is no problem and that will cost us 70 zl when we will bring it back. At the last rental day we got a message that we have to bring back the car at time. We talked to them and now they told us it will cost 161 zl.. we said OK cause we didn't have a choice. Then they send us a bill of 260 zl because they "forgot" to tell us about the insur

Pros: All but the meet and greet which delayed by about an hour.

Cons: Upon arriving with two small children in the middle of the night to a foreign city expecting a representative at the airport there was no one there. I had to call the company and even then wait further for the representative, who was dealing with other clients in the off airport office location. Not a very good start for a trip.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
