Cons: Car was not clean, in poor service condition. Handbrake was faulty, driver seat belt loose and car was poorly maintained. Car was old and not suitable for use by hire guests.

Cons: We did not realize it was going to be a Jucy car, we wouldn't have rented it otherwise. The car was in extremely poor condition and the radiator kept overheating. We could not use the airconditioner very much as it caused the radiator to heat more.

Cons: The company didn't have that professional appearance about them like other rental companies do e.g. Newer looking shuttle Cars/Vans that picked you up from the airport. Colour looked faded and not vibrant. But overall would still hire a rental car through Jucy.

Cons: No complaints, renting from Jucy was a good experience if you are content with an older, high mileage vehicle which is reflected in the good value rental cost. Extra insurance cost is very reasonable.

Pros: I wish we booked directly through Juicy. Upon arrival to the airport they still picked us up despite the time and also assisted to change cars from a hatchback to a sedan. He cancelled the 3k withholding fee and gave us all the information to read and explained the process to us.

Cons: We didn’t like the lack of flexibility with opening hours meaning we paid for an out of hours pick up fee despite us not using it because we were arriving at 4:20 and didn’t want to risk being stuck. Otherwise reasonably priced for the vehicle we received.

Cons: When I returned the car, it was was pouring rain, peak traffic and I missed the turn for the petrol station. I am 71 years old with disability (bad back). I explained that I had missed the turn off and was not able to fill the tank. It was 3/4 full. I was asked to go back and fill the tank. After 1hour driving in peak traffic, I was very sore so I asked if they could just calculate how much it would take to fill the tank and add the cost to my credit card. They explained it would be $3 a li

Cons: The reason they don't like it is that it is inconvenient to return the car. If they can't use their car for an early flight, they don't tell them that their shop is not at the airport

Cons: There were a lot of dints/scrapes etc. on the cars. I walked around the cars and videoed them so I had a full record of all the damage prior to us hiring. This was mainly marked on the checklists but just so I had piece of mind. Other than that everything was great and easy to deal with.

As we are going to be back on at least 4-5 occasions in the next year I was looking forward to using DC again but now not so sure. If I got a credit I could use it against the next car hire in January 2022
