Cons: We thought we were getting a shuttle to and from as stated in the advertisement. Our only issue was getting to and from the depot to pick up and drop off as we flew out of hours, other than that it was all amazing service.

Pros: Super cheap, the staff were great. I ordered a small car and got a much larger car - more petrol cost. Also, the insurance is a scam, and them charging you the $2500 holding deposit is also a scam. Plus, you pay the excess even if you aren’t at fault.

Cons: It's our first time use OCR and it amazed us from beginning to the end of our trip. Vehicle is in excellent condition and great value. Airport shuttle is much easier than we thought. And most importantly it's only like 10 mins away from the airport. So you get a 50% discount from a 20 mins extra turn around time. We will highly recommend OCR and will definitely book with them again next year.

Cons: We were 25 minutes late from the company to airport, we have to rush the all times when at the airport. Check in counter has closed!, We don't have check in luggage however do have over size pram to free drop in. At the end pram has to be hand carried. The entrance plane crew told us for hand carried pram it will be counted into our 7 kgs hand carry allowance, which at the end I have to pay 75 dollars for extra pram hand carry which could be avoided.

Cons: Booked an MG ZS. The car’s engine was really struggling on the steep surfaces (not going above 35km/h despite accelerating) and not recommended for hilly trips. The car needed an oil change which was not done before providing the car to us. This makes it a risky move for people not buying car insurance as a car like this can break down in the middle of your journey and can cost quite much.

Cons: My order was for 'corolla cross or similar' but I was given no choice except to take a Haval Jolion which is hands down the worst car I have ever driven - terrible handling, strange transmission and gear changes, we repeatedly had to pull over to sort out issues. It was a truly awful car to drive and nothing like a corolla cross.
