Pros: All good. (My car did have quite a few marks and dings on the body of the car, all noted on pick-up, apart from that the vehicle was all good.)

Pros: I liked the Greet and Show? Can't remember what they called it but although they weren't inside the airport, they brought the car to the airport and it was a very easy walk with them to the car. Excellent idea for a very fair price i feel.

Cons: I didn't realise the car would be quite so old. I would have preferred to be able to plug my phone in and use Google maps on a car screen but we managed anyway. Also, I had to remember how to reverse a car with no camera, but again we managed well. If I had been on my own it would have been much more difficult, I got my granddaughter to hold the phone while I drove.

Cons: The car wasn’t automatic as I paid for, the cars headlights didn’t work, the clutch was loose and the accelerator was stiff which made it hard to drive the car in the Gold Coast which is very Hilly. I wouldn’t have had the frustration I had if it wasn’t for the company giving me a manual car. The car also had a constant tick when driving which was really frustrating. They didn’t offer me a refund for the price difference in cars and I’m still waiting for my bond back.

Cons: It wasn’t sufficiently clear when booking that (1) Discover is an agent and the car would actually be hired through a different company (Abba); or (2) there would be a material gap in insurance coverage given that Discover only covered up to $5000 for excess, but Abba’s insurance specifically excludes single vehicle accidents, meaning that there is no limit on the customer’s liability for a single vehicle accident, and therefore I could have been hugely out of pocket.

Cons: The car was a manual car. We expected an automatic transmission. I was not shown how to reverse. It seemed that the representative tried to leave before I saw it was a manual car.

Pros: Would not recommend Aaba. We booked a car seat and there was no seat. It was out of office hours and we had a n infant that needed to get to bed. We got dropped at our hotel and told they would drop the car off the next day with the seat. They never shower up and canceled the booking

Cons: The car had a cracked windscreen and a few dents. Was worried about that. Also they forgot to put in a booster seat that I ordered and the booster seat I received when I asked was broken. (Material cover coming off all the time, no clips).

Pros: Very bad, we have been given a very old car, we wanted to upgrade and they let us stay in airport for around 1.5-2.00 hrs and advised we would get a X trial. have not advised which year it is but its a pretty old vehicle(we paid extra money to get a big car) the odo is 200K and the fuel metre doesnot work. I dont think this is how and the kind of vehicles rentals need to provide for tourists. would never hire a car from them.

Pros: Easy booking experience...... although it wasn’t the latest model car it was fantastic value for money.we all loved our mini van... the car drove extremely well & was very mechanically sound and was also fuel efficient. Would definitely use Again.
