Pros: Having read the terrible online reviews about Interrent after booking I was expecting the worst. However was pleasantly surprised with the almost new car I was given and apart from a long wait to pick up the vehicle the drop-off was very speedy and efficient and the carpark we’ll sign posted.
Cons: Queued for 1.5hours to collect the car

Cons: They fraudulently forced me to pay for €150 of extra insurance and cover and I am now in a dispute with them. The agent charged me all the extra insurance covers and smart returns without informing me and when I realised just before paying, he lied to me that I did not have a choice with Interrent (because they don't offer basic cover) and I had to pay extra locally. Later I asked him to cancel the rental because I did not want to pay that much, he said I would then lose all the money voucher
Cons: I rented manual PETROL FORD FOCUS hatchback but they give me manual DIESEL CITRON C-ELYSEE sedan with 2.5 euro addition per day without my approval They have a manual Focus hatchback in front of the office but they didn't give me. I did purchase full coverage on the web site, but they took 1036 euro deposit from my credit card since I didn't buy their "full coverage", after a week deposit hasn't been refunded. I waited 45 min to check the vehicle to drop off, after 45 min they didn't check!
Pros: Quick and efficient
Cons: Car was in poor condition -- lots of dents and scratches, etc.
