Pros: EVERYTHING! I highly recommend renting from them at this location. The staff was friendly, helpful and thoughtful-the woman at the desk even wrote down a few suggested places for me to visit on my trip. They were courteous, did their best with the language barrier and explained everything about the rental. I am so grateful of their professionalism and helpfulness. Drop off was quick and easy. I didn't feel like they were trying to take advantage of me or find reasons to charge me extra.
Cons: **THIS IS JUST A SUGGESTION-in no ways negative reflection of Hertz's service** When renting standard vehicles to Americans, maybe explain how the reverse on the Peugeot works. I've driven several standard cars in the states before and none of them had the little lever that was needed to pull to put the vehicle in reverse. I ended up having to watch a YouTube Video to figure it out. It might be helpful and avoid dangerous/bad situations if that is explained prior to leaving with the vehicle.

Pros: Great sales persons behind desk. Efficiency. And their ease to compromize.
Cons: Be careful about flight delays when you have a late flight. Desk is open till midnight, and if you don't reach it by that time, your rental will be cancelled. So it's good to be mindful of that

If the duration of your stay in France is longer than 12 months, a driver license issued in France is required. A deposit will be blocked on the customer's credit card until the end of the rental period.
