Cons: Ajout d'un montant inexplicable à prélever de ma carte sur la facture. Retour de la voiture avec un plein et à l'heure (même avant) et un montant est déduit sans connaître la cause.

Pros: It was red so easy to find in parking lots. It had the limiter which I really like. Great height for getting in and out of car but. It so big you feel like you are driving a tank.

Cons: It didn’t have its own GPS. You had to connect your phone. The boot was too small for luggage.

Pros: The service representative was friendly but processes seemed very unorganized. For the duration of the pickup the car we were to receive changed multiple times. Furthermore it took two attempts to get the right contract and two attempts to charge the deposit to my creditcard. All the while the staff were talking among eachother and they seemed to mock some elderly American renters.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Roman alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
Optional extras and services
Available special equipment: Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Snow chains.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.
