Cons: I reserved the car for 11 and arrived at 9, the car was there but since it was reserved to 11 they agreed to give it the earliest at 1030, I was wis two kids and had to spend another hour at the airport waiting. The stuff was very nice but this delay was a bit disappointing

Pros: Staff were friendly but systems were inefficient and Marseille office seemed unable to mange large number of reservations that day. Check in should be automated and more efficient.

Pros: Friendly assistance. When I complained that my car was very dirty (muddy) and the fuel wasn’t completely full at start, they offered me an upgrade for next time.

Cons: Don’t speak English well, said the car was gasoline when it was diesel.

Rental Conditions

Rate includes

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1500.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.

Driver requirements

Minimum rental age is 21 years.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Compact, Standard, Intermediate, Minivan, Compact Special, SUVs is 24.
The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Luxury, Premium, Fullsize, Special is 30.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 12 month(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

The driver license must be written in Latin alphabet.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, return flight ticket, flight information, 2 phone numbers (1 of which is landline), boarding pass.

Deposit and deductible policy

A deposit will be charged on the renter's credit card through the end of the rental period.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.

Payment policy

At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.

It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card, American Express Debit card.

Visa Electron, Diners, Discover, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Cross-border policy

Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom, San Marino. Information on the exact fee amount is available by request.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Optional extras and services

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age).
Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.

All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.

Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.

Fuel policy

The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Diesel vehicles are available for an additional charge.
Diesel vehicles are available only by request upon arrival.

Rental period

The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours

Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
