Cons: Just the car was lower quality but it's expected for cheaper price
Pros: Very helpful staff at the desk as well as friendly after a Long flight you feel in good hands
Pros: Drop off was very easy and the woman at Frankfurt-Hahn was so much friendlier and professional versus the rude woman at Frankfurt-Main who refused to tell her name and had no name tag.
Cons: Reservation did not show up and was trying to turn me away stating they do not do one-way rentals therefore reservation probably did not exist.
Pros: The desk agent was friendly
Cons: I booked an Audi A3 or similar and got a Fiat Tipo that had NOTHING to do with “similar”
Cons: I asked for an economy car and they wouldn't give me one. First, they tried to give me a truck, then they gave me a full size. They had many economy cars on the lot but wouldn't give me one of them. They said they were reserved for other customers. So they don't consider interrent customers to have the same status
