Cons: Wait in line for over 45 minutes. We reserved a 9 passengers van and only given a 7 passengers van. Although they provided an upgrade to the van but space is more important than a nicer car.

Cons: Upon receipt of the vehicle there is no escort of the agent to the rented vehicle and I would expect to receive a general explanation of the vehicle and a photo of the vehicle upon receipt. For example, this is a plug-in vehicle that could not be used for charging due to the lack of a suitable cable

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Mileage: 1500 km per rental, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1200.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium location fee, Vehicle registration fee, VAT (value added tax), Free modifications.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 21 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the driver license is written in a language other than that of the renting country and/or in characters that cannot be read in the renting country.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
All non-EU residents staying in the EU for longer than 6 months must present a driving licence from an EU country.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.
The International Driving permit must be a physical one; a digital version will not be accepted.
Only physical driver's licenses are accepted (not digital versions).
For driver licenses from countries not party to the International Driving Permit treaty, an official translation of the license must be presented with the original license.

Winter tires are mandatory in icy/snowy conditions from 01.11 to 31.03.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 28 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
