Cons: Run away! WheeGo will try to get you to pay for micro damages that are just part of car wear and tear and where you need a magnifier to see the so to say damage they identified, absolutely ridiculous and dishonest!

Cons: I had one of the worst rental experiences with Wheego.the car is shaking dangerously at high speeds. I contacted their support several times by email and phone. Yes, they did call back, but the calls were completely useless. No real solutions, no action taken. What makes this even worse is that I had paid for their most expensive insurance package (nearly €1,000 ) expecting peace of mind and proper support if anything went wrong.

This is rubbing the credit card of clients and the worst thing it happened was that the agent threatening so bad to call the police, this is not acceptable I was sure to have put 11:00 pm on my request of return the car but for this confusion of the time they charge me 215€ more for 4h late this is crazy

Cons: I had to wait more than 40 min, before starting the procedure for renting the car and then I was told that as I have been late for more than 2 hours I have to pay a penalty of 50 Euro. Than I was offered a better vehicle against increase fee. I refused and got a warning that in that case I will have to go to terminal 2 to pick up my car, which will take me at least 15 min. to get there. I accepted this inconvenience, but finally he changed his mind and let me have a car at terminal 1.

Was told the deposit would be blocked on my card.(As per normal car hire practice) It was taken as a purchase instead. (Worrying) It was returned 48 hours after I returned the car. Telling the customer in front of me they didn't have the large car he booked. They only had a small car. He could take it or leave it but the price would be the same as the larger car.

Cons: The only thing I could recommend they give costumers prior to picking up a vehicle is the list of any damage reported on the vehicle. I didn't get a list until after I returned the vehicle. They did give me my full refund back and they didn't report any damages during my 24 day rental period but it would just be nice to know the list of damages prior to picking up the rental vehicle. They did tell me to look over the vehicle prior to pick-up and take pictures of vehicle prior too leaving.

Then gave me a car with damages which were noted on the contract and photos also submitted. After returning the car, they are now stating I caused the damages. Sending me invoices and I did not cause the damages that were there when I received the vehicle!

He said okay and no problem.I walked to the rental desk asking for confirmation of the return and he stated if okay verbal given that was all, and they don’t give a written return. Cons: The service by their agents at the pickup office was terrible. They're just scammers, will do their best to charge you extra costs for unjustified reason. They charged us an extra amount for reasons we didn't agree with, as we argued stating we won't pay then they used fraudulent techniques during the signature process but charged an additional amount later on the invoice that they retained from the deposit. NEVER trust Wheego, worst rental cars company I have ever rented with.

Pros: Check in agent David was pleasant friendly and helpful. Car was fine and had the zip needed for driving on the autobahn. Car was economical on fuel given we drove over 2500 km on our 10 day trip. Car was spacious for our luggage which was extensive given that this was the tail end of a 2-month long trip to Latin America.

Cons: It was impossible to reach Wheego on their call centre line. Kept waiting interminably.

Also the promised receipt and turnover clearance has not yet been sent despite ok clearance during turnover. Pricing a complete all in offer is not transparent due to several limitations. Cons: Struggled to find rental desk. The desk at terminal 2 was closed, so had to go to Terminal 1. The rental desk was not with the other rental car companies, but eventually found it on another level. Directions upfront would have been helpful.

Cons: Although in the reservation I added also the extra car seat plus informing we will cross the border, we didn't receive anything for crossing the boarder and also we needed to pick the car seat ourselfs from a different terminal as they didn't bring it to the car nor they had employees to bring it for us. In the terminal where the car is dropped of we found a pile of car seats and we needed to select one of them and just putted in the car. That would not be a lot if we were not also landing late.

Almost immposible to find the rental office in Stuttgart Airport (located elsewhere as all other rental companies), they provided a lower category car as booked (for an increased price) with no excuse, long procedure, return in different terminal (unlike the other rental companies), so you need extra 40 mins in airport, provided wrong address for car return. i would suggest to avoid this company.

Cons: It took me a long time to find the rental location. There are no signs. For a foreigner and a long flight it was tough. Nobody would provide any info. I had to call my German friends to find out how to get there. And then I waited 2 HOURS to pick up the car that was already pre booked. And I am not exaggerating. 2 hours. So I am sorry but I fiind it highly unlikely that I would rent again from you guys. Pick up guys. They were exactly what you would expect in Germany. Fast and efficient.

I requested 2 x for a copy of the New Rental Contract on two diiferent fays and even called the Customer Service hotline which was also unable to get me a copy. This forced me to pay €52/$69 instead of €30/37. Because I had no new copy of the rental agrreement I could not transfer my insurance from the old car to the mew one. So I paid for an insurance for a car I did not drive.
