Cons: They didn't give me a child booster as I mentioned in the booking request, they charged me with additional insurance for leaving Germany for the whole period, altough I rented the car in 1st of June and I requested to leave germany in 3rd of June.

Pros: car with better loading / luggage capacity was offered (Ford Focus SW instead of VW SW)

Cons: 1. Hand over of the car in Frankfurt without agent (go to floor nr there you will find the car). 2. Damages on the car where not complete listet on the contract although agent promised. Advice agent: Make pictures now with your phone and show when hand over back (evidance through customer) 3. Children seat (disassembled) hand over in my hands. When asking how to assemble and how to install...answer.....he dont know and I can read the attached manual (after 16 hour traveling with family).

Cons: They weren’t aware that I had purchased full coverage insurance with you and then sold it to me again. I had to argue with them to get a refund. They did not fit the child seat into the car prior to pick up and expected me to do it without instructions. I fon’t have a car at home so I’m unfamiliar how to secure the child seat.
