Pros: Good experience. Friendly staff.
Cons: driver only speaks spanish, put hold for 1000 on my CC and has not removed it. we were forced to pay and additional 99 at pickup for Easy Pass which we did not use. Car was in bad shape. Front bumper was caulked onto car.
Pros: Very nice car- CAMRY - upgrade from what I thought I ordered. Very clean and new (8000 miles approx) Very accomodating when I returned car early and they took me to airport in car I was returning.
Cons: Didn't provide accurate info ahead of time re rental. Extra charge for toll pass ($10 per day) or $ 25 each time using toll road without Sunpass. Too much paperwork while picking up car. Phone numbers on business card didn't connect - fortunately at airport guy outside called them for me but then had to wait close to 45 minutes for pickup to get to the off airort rental location. Seemed to be a non-USA company (Moldavia) based on all the stuff/papers I had to read and sign. No vehicle manua

Cons: this was a bait and switch deal, thinking you're getting a good deal (by using your own isnurance and their FULL coverage) HOWEVER the minimal insurance they require is ridiculously high! So people were actually leaving because it the insurance Green Motion offered was not worth the price, time or trouble!!!

Cons: they accepted the car back in the condition it was brought back in and then tried to say there was a scratch on the car and tried to charge for it FORCED TO BUY THEIR INSURANCE

Cons: Everything. Very shady, barely spoke english. Picked us up after we had to call in an old ratty unmarked minivan.

Cons: The manager forgot to release my USD500 security deposit (should be on the same day the car is returned).12 business days later, I thought I should call to find out. The manager only said sorry one time during the entire phone conversation while I thanked her zillion times. Feels like I owe her money!! GreenMotion seems not to understand the customer’s anxiety when they are holding customers money. They don’t pay your interest for the days they keep your money which they shouldn’t.

Cons: The $1,000 hold on my credit card. The toll payment they charge per day, is outrageous, it's considered a violation and it forfeits the $1,000 deposit, that is what representative explained to us. Returned the car 1 day before and did not get credit because if we returned the day of at 6am, we had to pay the person that had to be there to open money for coming in early. Tolls should be free also, $29.99 per day is an outrage.
