Cons: First vehicle was filthy. Stains on the seats, crumbs and dust. A tire kept losing air. We put air in the tire three different times and tried to call the local office and it just rang and rang and rang. We called the 800 # they told us just to take the car in and somebody would be there. We got there in and we're told it was due to the weather and that we didn’t need a different car. We insisted and got a new vehicle for the last three days of our trip. It was clean but smelled of cigarettes.
Pros: The only positive experience was with their shuttle driver. I met at the pick-up point as per the instructions, and he was there within a few minutes and very friendly.
Cons: When I arrived to Easirent, I wasn't greeted by anyone. After waiting a few minutes, another customer advised me that I needed to sign in on a clipboard. It took about 20 minutes for them to process a couple of customers before me, and I soon realized it's because they try to upsell everything. When I was my turn at the counter, the agent was very pushy about trying to sell me everything. I didn't need anything so I declined, but the agent made an unappreciated comment.
Pros: Terrible customer service.
Cons: The employees did not care at all and they showed more interest in talking to their friends than taking care of customers.

An E-Toll is offered in order to avoid violation fees.
Prepaid tolls are available for 15 USD per day.
If the customer declines Toll pass / E-toll device, a penalty of 25.00 USD for each toll used in addition to the cost for each paid or unpaid toll will apply.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Drivers between the ages of 21 and 24 must provide a driver license that is valid for at least 2 year(s).
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, return flight ticket.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the national driver license is not written in English.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle.
It is possible to pay and leave the deposit only with the following payment methods: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Union Pay.
The credit card must be valid for the following period from the start of the rental: 1 month.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Cash, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The daily limit on the card used for payment must be high enough to cover the deposit. Otherwise, purchase of the following insurance policy(ies): Super Peace of Mind Cover is mandatory.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Delivery/collection service is not provided.
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
