Pros: Was denied a refund 3 hours after booking the reservation bc the agent would not accept a drivers license that was in the process of being renewed but was not yet expired. That is unreasonable and unacceptable.
Cons: Extremely unhelpful rental desk agent at the Tampa airport. Older car that was cleaned very sloppily

Pros: The car broke down and it took multiple calls and e-mails to get someone do even begin the process of getting a replacement, including contacting ACE corporate office since the Tampa office where I rented from was no help. Took 15 hours to get a replacement. Then in less than 24 hours, the replacement car got a flat!
Cons: Nothing. They are terrible. Huge communication problems with the agents. The person who came to replace the first broken down car spoke no English. Lots of miscommunication, rudeness, and condescension by other agents, and the managers of both the Tampa office and the Orlando office. Horrible!

Cons: We rented an SUV. When we arrived we were told there were no SUV’s available. Agent said they could “upgrade” us to a Toyota Corolla. I explained that was not an upgrade, we should get some money back. The rental agent disagreed, so we overpaid for our car. When we got to the spot to pick up our car, there wasn’t anybody there. After waiting awhile we were about to head back to counter in airport when someone arrived to help us. The car was parked in a spot w/ broken glass.
Cons: Showed up right before closing due to flight delay, agent very rude and wanted to leave, finally gave us a smaller car than reserved and did not care to help us any more, never expect to not get the car we reserve.
Pros: the drop off agent when I returned the car was pleasant.
Cons: lack of proper cars.

Cons: My car reservation was canceled as soon as I arrived to the airport because our flight was two hrs late and they changed me 145$ for no show after I argued with them in their office in person they decided to wave the penalty but they refuse to reactivating my reservation and left me stranded at the airport with my family and my 85 years old mother.

Cons: Agent not knowledgeable about tolls in the area. Tried to sell us a roll pass by telling us we couldn’t pay cash at toll booths, which was completely false.
Cons: the car was a little dirty inside
Pros: The gentleman at the rental car was exceedly helpful and friendly he needs a raise and would be a wonderful asset to any position in your company. I believe his name is Adrain. And the girl at the pick up was awesome. She was so helpful with everything from the cleaning of the vehicle to the checking it for any damage and keeping a smile and wonder attit;ude. The ;best customer service ever for all 4 of us.

Cons: Check in process was hard to find; I didn’t really understand the agent, but he wanted a good rating and gift card. Tacked on 5 services fees in the end which doubled the price and would have been cheaper with a name brand and better car (not base model).
