Cons: didn't seem to care about us once we refused to buy extra insurance which we had through both our credit card agency and our own driver's insurance - they just handed us the keys, pointed out the car, didn't encourage us to take photos and when it was returned, a minor scratch (barely visible) on the side view mirror not caused by us was billed at $200
