Pros: The pickup was simple and quick.
Cons: OMG, where do I start. First of all, we have never driven an EV and from what the rep told us at check-out, we thought we were told everything we needed to know. WRONG. She told us about the apps to use so we could find charging stations so we downloaded them - great! There are so many along our route! What we WEREN'T told is that the stations do not take credit cards. You either had to use the app or buy a prepaid card. We nearly ran out of charge and had to call a tow looking for help..

All rental vehicles are equipped with a transponder that can be used for paying for all toll roads.
You’ll be charged a service fee of 2.23 EUR per day up to a maximum of 22.30 EUR per rental in addition to the tolls, which will be charged to your credit card after the rental period.
You may also be required to leave an additional deposit for tolls.
An E-toll charge will apply; personal consumption will be charged separately at the end of the rental period.

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Roof rack, Toll pass / E-toll device, Wi-Fi, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.
