Pros: Very personalized service by Vasco at Estacion Oriente. He brought the car around promptly and was waiting at the curb for us when I dropped it off. Quickly addressed our need for an upgrade when we picked up the car and was able to arrange it for a very modest price. Gave us a complimentary commercial map that we returned at the end of our rental. Great experience.
Cons: La façon de faire concernant l'essence. Le réservoir n'est pas plein lors de la prise de possession et il faut le ramener au même niveau qu'à la prise de possession. À notrr arrivée le réservoir était au 1/4, c'est vraiment difficile à prévoir et de peur de tomber en panne dans le trafic dans une ville inconnue nous l'avons rendue au delà de la moitié. Nous avons probablement laissé l'équivalent d'un jour de location en essence supplémentaire dans la voiture.

Pros: Overall price was good, and the representative when we first picked up the car was professional.
Cons: Hard to find the desk - Location on any map service was way off. Indicating on the rental voucher where the pick up is (at the station, by the bus area), would have saved us time. NO AC although requested, given a car that was not equipped with it. Poor condition of the exterior with scratches, marks, and missing alloys on the wheels. Vague drop off info, which should have been written down (being a week later from pick-up) + rude staff at drop-off (Faro airport).
Cons: The quality of the vehicle was below my already low expectations. It had many dings (not a big deal), windshield wipers didn’t work properly (more problematic), and driver’s side door handle had been damaged so it stuck open and had to be pushed to close properly (inconvenient).

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 26.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Visa Debit Card, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card, MasterCard debit card.
It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.
Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).

Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
The first additional driver is allowed free of charge. Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Additional charges will be applied.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
