Pros: Nothing. They took money for a mistake they made. A dirty car they rented us and in the end made us pay for that same dirt they dirt clean!
Cons: They rented out a dirty car and after showing it to them they said it’s fine. We cleaned it. In the end they charged an extra 105 USD for transporting pets but it was just the dirt and hair from the people before. The same hair and dirt the guy from reception told us was „clean“

Cons: I was charged for car cleaning although I didn't return it filthy, maybe a bit dusty from NORMAL USE. In my opinion, car washing/cleaning should be included in the rental cost and not charged on top. Additionally, although I returned the car on August 18, 2022, the deposit still has not been returned to my card (6 days later).

Cons: That they require się month of validity of a credit card from the return of the car to take the deposit. It is a huge nuisance. My card was to expire four months on and Was not accepted! That sould be highlighted in theprebooking conditions!!! That is a major discomfort.
Pros: Great service but i had to buy extra insurance cover from Global car as i wasnt sure if tyres etc is covered in my full cover. This is my third purchase with Discover cars and would highly recommend it in future. I would be grateful if i know in future what does Full cover include as its ambigous

Pros: I can't think of anything as hanging up on a customer and no wanting to talk to the customer does not bring any good memories. There were no good memories: the car was dirty, scratched, the representatives did not consider the length of the rental when customer wanted to extend an extra day informing about it on the first day. Emails with paperwork for the rental never came. The extension paperwork asked for on March 14th came on April 09. What are they doing in customer service?
Cons: Wroclaw location has failed to inform me about the need to return the car clean neither in person nor in writing . As a matter of fact I received a dirty car from them saying the weather was going going to be bad, so they did not wash it. Now they are charging me 75$ for the clean up when it is the responsibility of the representative to inform about the return requirements and on top of it such cleaning: wash outside, vacuum inside and wax is $12 in Wroclaw. So unprofessional!!! Stay away.

Cons: The car was not entirely clean, I paid upfront for gas and cleaning the car but at the end I got charged for transporting animals yet the desk person must have seen I flew in with two small dogs. If I knew you would charge me for cleaning anyway I would not pre pay it. I basically paid for it twice.
Pros: No impressed. We got a different car than booked. We were made to pay insurance because they didn't accept the second driver's credit card! Insisted it must be the firs driver's card only, even though the second driver paid deposit. Why would not use the debit card, or take cash deposit and return if no damage? So, no-one inspected the car upon return.

Cons: 1. We had to wait 30 minutes at the counter before someone came. 2. We wanted to pay by debitcard. At the counter we were told that only the deposit has to be paid with a credit card. But in the end the whole sum was billed to that credit card. We lost money due to a different currency.

Cons: Extra hidden charges. Booked car online for 5 days. Costed me £13. Came in to pick up a car and was told that have to pay €40on top of that for administration fees because I came after 11pm which is ridiculous because opening hours on the website saying 7 days a week opened to 23.59. Also I obviously given rental company flight number when booked a car so they should know what time to expect me and inform me right away about extra charges if there's any. When we finally got the car.
Cons: Hidden cost of extra insurance, fuel tricks, customer pays for full tank in advance and has to bring empty, in real tank wasn't completly full just by the line.

A young driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day applies to drivers under the age of 25, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental.
There is no maximum age.
A senior driver fee of 10.00 EUR per day, with a maximum of 50.00 EUR per rental applies to drivers above the age of 71.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).
Renters from the following country(ies): United Kingdom must provide the following documents: International Driving Permit (IDP) in order to collect the car.
Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license. In order to pick up the car, the renter and each additional driver must present the following documents: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 18 to 24.
The Deposit will double if the renter's age is from 70 to 99.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the vehicle.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid after rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver's full first and last name must be on the credit card without abbreviations.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Andorra, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain-Mainland, Sweden, Switzerland, United Kingdom.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Adding additional drivers is allowed.
There is an additional charge for each driver.
Underage additional drivers are subject to both Young Driver and Additional Driver fees.
Underage additional drivers are also subject to a young driver fee.
When picking up the vehicle, all drivers must be present and must provide valid documentation.
During winter season (from 01.12 until 20.03) Winter tires are included in price.
All extras are available at the rental counter. Prices vary, depending on the rental period.
Certain additional drivers are subject to both an Additional Driver fee as well as either a Young Driver or Senior Driver fee.
Delivery/Collection service is available only by previous request.
Delivery/Collection service is available within city limits. Additional charges will be applied, depending on the distance.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
