Sarcastic, rude and unprofessional little guy with a little authority ruined our trip. And we had made many others arrangements depending on a car. Everybody in line before us had some kind of issue with M.M, his initial. To be retrained ( but might be a lost case ) or fired. Shame.😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

Cons: Please he careful when dropping off the car back, I've been renting cars quite often but charged first time for bringing car back as "dirty" outside. I could understand if use car off road and bring back cover with mud but not if car was cover with few marks of wet road surface. Besides car looked similar when was handed to me on a day of renting and agent never informed about that kind of charge.

Cons: Refusal to accept ex card as part of Discover cars booking. Happy to accept outside of the booking once additional costs were paid which amounted to 6x original rental agreement.

Cons: Car received dirty. Many scratches, chips and dents marked on the sheet but not visible on the car. The staff are not helpful. I valeted the car before returning yet they marked it as dirty! Joke. Plus they added 2 invisible scratches supposedly caused by me. You don’t inspect the car with an agent. You get a password protected email and find out everything after the fact without having a chance to challenge.

Cons: The agent told me that Full Coverage of the insurance bought through DiscoverCars is illegal, so I bought an insurance for a huge amount. Second I was given a diesel car, yes it was full tanked but not AdBlue, I was not aware that those cars need it. I feel robbed by FlexToGo, the agent was not honest. I had to shorten my vacations so rental too, I asked twice by an e-mail FlexToGo to credit unused rentals, customer service never answered to my mails. Rent once and never come back. Stay away

Pros: After travel from Wroclaw to Szklarska Poręba car get damage recovery collected car and another day take me get next car plus I pay for taxi 300zl because car is in Jelenia Góra . Now Flex to go lok for nearly 800 zł because car dirty outside and is not Ful petrol!!!. Joke!!! Never again

Pros: absolutely nothing.... did not get booked car, and the representative did not care, only kept repeating that they keep reservation for 2 hours from booked time, didn't have any reasonable alternative. I was left without rental car.

Cons: everything... ignorant representative, did not have reserved car for pickup, claiming that they hold reservation for 2 hr after pickup time (I was 3 hr after booked time) and did nothing to resolve the situation. when I asked for alternative car, I was offered another car for over three times the booked price. I ended up taking taxi and using public transportation through my stay.

Cons: We were paid full coverage insurance through the Discover cars platform and on place we had to pay it again and on higher price. Also from Flex To Go company didn't want to sell us only the full insurance, but we also had to pay for fuel extra service and fee. Definitely will not recement that ren-a-car company and will request a reimbursement for the double payment which we made.

Pros: Quality of the rental vehicle, little extra discount

Cons: Very expensive extra insurance, weird petrol policy, was charged for £60 worth petrol, even though the capacity of the fuel tank was £15 less. As a regular customer it should have not happened. No water in windshield washers, had to top it up myself. No one at the dropp off desk during working hours.

Pros: The guys at the reception where clear and friendly, Everything went fast and precise. You are very professional and I would certainly recommend you and come again.

Pick up protocol sent to incorrect email so had to go back and requested a resend as car was damaged in many places. Agent pushy to sell additional insurance - not a please experience. Very unhelpfully to provide information how to drop off the car at the other location (haven't been there so don't know). Charged a n extra £361 for no reason. Awful!

I take it online I read full insurance and I tought like nice 40€ per 3 days, its like perfect. In the end I payed 115€ for 3 days, like wtf?? It was a big surprise for me. Ok for me no big problem just 3 days, but I wonder if I take 30 days? I read the reviews also, next time I know to read them earlier.

Cons: They charged me extra 25 euros per day all inclusive insurance cover, because I didn;t have a credit card, so couldn't use the insurance upgrade I have pre-paid for. This pretty much doubled the rental cost. It's a technicality but amounts to a complete rip-off.

Cons: The agent at the desk was very pushy for their own full cover insurance. I didn't feel comfortable with that. Also, we got a very nice and cool car, however it felt smaller than the chosen category, which wouldn't have been an issue if it wasn't a family trip, but it was.

The worse was that when he stated we should BEG him to go and check car with him(did not want moved ) . Asking for signing a paper on front desk without seeing car ,and suggesting if something wrong make a pictures ,when parking is in dark spot, how this is working? He stated we are very difficult clients. Do I ask a lot ? Just check car in and out with his presents.

Then I had to pay 30 Euro extra per day (!!!), and the driver license suddenly was not an issue. Also, I could not shorten the rental period without penalty, even though, the agent originally told me, I could. Total scam.

Cons: I waited over 1 1/2 hours for the car. 6 customers who arrived after me got their vehicles before I got mine. Agent had a poor attitude and kept telling me the car would be ready in a few minutes. Unacceptable.

Pros: Representative explained the documents well but didn’t highlight the charge if the car was returned unclean.

Cons: No representative when the car was returned, just a key box at 4 pm. But later that afternoon I received an email setting out the assessment of the car without discussion with me. Not the best way of explaining the assessment to clients. Additionally charging for cleaning during winter months as an extra is harsh and results in a bad feeling at the end of a holiday. It would be better customer relation to include the cleaning charge in the hire fee during winter months.

Cons: Apart from the refusal of the advertised free additional driver I was also informed the additional insurance taken whilst booking the car " isn't worth the paper it's written on as most people never get their money back" I was advised to take Global insurance as we wouldn't have to pay at all for any damage. This again cost me extra. All these added expenses meant I paid almost double the Discover Cars advertised price and the price on my reservation. Not happy.
