Pros: It was easy and efficient. Positive impression overall.
Cons: The vehicle had no windscreen fluid in it. It was not 100% ready for rental. The 1/4 tank of petrol collected-returned rule is awkward. Full to full is easiest. The rest was ok, provided my very high deposit will be unblocked on my credit card soon.
