Pros: The car was in okay condition, good sound, no troubles along the way.

Cons: There was next to no gas in my tank, even though it said there would be a full tank. They also didn't have a desk at the airport terminal, but it specifically said on the website that it did. And I also got a whole other car than I signed up for, even though I didn't care much about that it's still a bit strange.

Pros: Nothing ..... Ace Rent a car = Osek rent a junk

Cons: When I arrived to pick up my car after my long flight I was shocked to see nobody at the “24 hour” desk. I had to wait 40 minutes for someone to show up & help me with my rental. When the car was brought to me it was filthy, stained seats, muddy backseats & chipped exterior. Still upset with the car I received, I came back after my trip to return it. The man helping me was very rude & unprofessional. He told me if I wanted to return the vehicle I would have to go wash it. I will not return here.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.

Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if it is accompanied by a regular driver's license, is issued by an official authority or government-authorized organization, and is in physical (not digital) form.

In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, driver license with photo, ID with photo.
Deposit and deductible policy

Cross-border policy
Cross border rentals are allowed only upon previous request.
Additional charges will be applied in case the car is crossing state or region borders.

Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: European Union.

In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 4 hours after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
