Pros: I still have the keys of the car. No one was there for the pick up. Need to take Uber to the airport. Because their not at the airport. Please contact me urgently
Cons: The service is hopeless. Could you please contact me where shall I send the keys back and why there was no one at the pick up from 9.30 until 10.30?

Cons: They are theives. Never use them. It was not informed to me that as per an internal GPS I cannot exceed a speed limit. I was following the cars on the road. There was no police nor traffic monitoring camera which caught me speeding. Panek cannot charge me a fee for overtaking a car once at a higher speed because their internal GPS registers it. It is daylight robbery. NEVER USE THEM.
Pros: At Panek , firstly they announced to me that the car I had reserved was not available and forced me to accept another model saying that they had no other vehicle . When I declined their offer they came up immediately with another car proposal ! Finally Received no car because Panek , despite the acceptance of my reservation , did not accept my Swiss Driving Licence . They suggested that the Swiss Licence was not enough in Poland and that I need an International one . When asked to speak t

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 22.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

In no case will a refund be given for unused fuel.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
