Pros: The Full to full policy was actually adhered to. Good service on the desk, hassle free return and no out of hours charge
Cons: I have chosen this company over different ones cause free additional driver was supposed to be added. As soon as I've booked in they sent me a message that this is not relevant. Also amount of dents and scratches on the car made me to spent additional half an hour on checking them to avoid being charged for something I haven't done.

Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 22 years.
A Young driver fee is not applied.
There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
If the duration of your stay in Poland is longer than 6 months, a driver license issued in Poland is required.
Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).
In addition to documents mentioned previously, the customer will need the following: passport, valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, booking voucher, flight information.

It is possible to leave the deposit only with following methods: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card, American Express credit card.
Only cards issued in the main driver's name are accepted.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 30 days. If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 59 minutes.
