Pros: Im travelling for all the world and using my VISA Credit Card which on my that card I have short write by Visa Bank company my name for paying deposits in each car rent provider. which accept it with no any problem except Kaizen in which I have to paid over 200eur extra because ONLY Kaizen RENT Car NOT ACCEPT MY VISA CREDIT CARD it is so stressful, pressure double and extra money paid in my holiday. I'm so disappointed of that 😞

Pros: Good price, with a decent additional driver price. Process was really easy. Deposit returned efficiently. Communication from them was excellent during each stage of the process.

Cons: The car was quite dirty inside, I took photos/videos to ensure I didn’t get charged for this so it was fine. But I would have hoped for better cleanliness from a rental.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1000.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 18 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.

Maximum rental age is 90 years.
A senior driver fee applies to drivers over the age of 70.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): United Kingdom, EU countries.
Driver licenses from all other countries must be accompanied with International Driving Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher.

Available special equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Snow chains.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Additional information
The vehicle must be returned in an acceptably clean condition in order to avoid additional charges.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
If the customer is late for a return for more than 120 minutes, extra day charges will apply, in addition to any other rental charges.
