Pros: Pick up was much better than dropping the car off. When your flying home you want a speedy drop off not spending 10 minutes finding staff who don’t apologies for being away from the desk

Pros: Clear and easy service.
Cons: Drop off for the car had no employees at the desk. We had to ask a competitor that informed us to drop of the key in a designated point. Nodbody informed us about this procedure in advance.
