Cons: There wasn’t a bus pick up like their website stated. I had to use the Geneva city bus service. It was easy to do but not exactly as the website initially said.

Pros: The instructions to find the desk were perfect, easy to follow and only a 5mins bus ride or 15min walk from the airport. Both Sahbi on pick and Stefan on drop off were super friendly, extremely helpful and overall a pleasure to deal with. The car we ordered was in great condition with zero issues. Would definitely use again.

Cons: The booking voucher stated there was free bus tickets available at airport in order to get to location. This is no longer the case. Agent said he had flagged this to discover cars previously and upgraded car in compensation. Received an email 2 days after pick up with new instructions!!! Car also not full of petrol as stated on agreement which makes it hard to judge how much to put in so that it is returned the same level. I would say car had 20 euros more petrol in it when I returned it.

Cons: 1) they didn't accept American express although the voucher said they did 2) they took £1000 deposit. This was not indicated on any form or if it was it must have been in tiny font. They didn't do it on Amex and so tried to get me to give them cash. It was only after negotiation that they would even take a debit card. 3) the car had over 110000km on the clock. 4) the overall transaction to get the car took 30 minutes. 5) they are 5 bus stops from the airport. So advertising is inaccurate.

Cons: The car rental company was not located at the airport and closed before we could arrive. Forcing me to make a new reservation with another car rental service.

Pros: On collection, the chap at the desk was very friendly and helpful and the car was in very good condition, despite its near 120,000 km on the clock.

Cons: The collection point is in a shopping mall and its car park, requires you to use local buses which, although cheap, are a bit complicated to get to and return to. Company needs to consider either bringing the car to you at the airport, or to collect you from the airport and re-deliver you, or get you to go to them to collect the car but then dropping you of at the airport. Too much is on the customer to do and too little on the company.

Pros: Fantastic value, lovely car, friendly laid back staff. Renting a car is always a bit daunting, but my experience was brilliant and everything went as smoothly as it could. The booking for some reason had me down as returning the car in the morning but my flight wasn't till the evening, which was no trouble at all. I added two children 's booster seats a couple of days before pick up, again no trouble at all. Would definitely use again and recommend.

Cons: The only issues I had were very minor and probably the fault of the broker. First of all my booking said there was a free shuttle service to the pick up. This was not the case as I had to pay for the bus. The second slight hiccup was the booking confirmation said that I could use American Express, but when I got there this turned out not to be the case. Again, I don't think this was GRC's fault as it's most likely something that was communicated in error by our broker and it was sorted by GRC.

This is no longer available and had to work out how to purchase bus tickets at extra cost - We arrived an hour late, but still within office opening hours. Despite taking our flight details on a policy was mentioned about only having a 30min window to pick up the car (strange for an organisation linked to international travel)

Car fuel tank was empty on collection, agent reluctantly filled halfway while we had to wait. Car had nearly 150000km on the clock! no agent at desk for drop off. No instructions on where to drop car off (multi story car park with multiple entrances)

Cons: The car was about 10 years old and had about 160,000 km on it and the tank was just under half full. When I arrived no-one was there. They couldn't take Amex even though the voucher said they could. I had booked a golf, but they tried to give me a Polo sized car. They also failed to add my second driver onto the contract so he would not have been insured if I had not noticed the error.

I did walk around for a while trying to find the rental point, and finally found it hidden around the corner by the COOP... if it was mentioned that it's near the checkout tills at the COOP opposite the cafe then that would have saved a little time, as I did walk that way but never went further as it seemed there was nothing else. Apart from that, 10/10

We had the car booked, a VW Golf with 35,000km. However the car was in very bad condition with a lot of scratches. Also the car was very very dirty inside and outside with a strong cigarette smell. We asked to be called by the management, they never call us back. Not ever again sorry.

We reserve a 7 passenger VAN as we have 5 adults and 2 kids under 4, at the rental desk, I was told that the car was not available because the previous renter broke the car and it needs repair. We were not happy but the representative is very nice, he helps us to resolve the issue by giving us 2 cars instead, all it cost us is the $40 deposit with the reservation. I never expect that you can have 2 cars for free for 4 days.

The manager had previously told us when we collected the car that we could go with him to fill it up on our return and we would pay for the fule, then he would take us to the airport.
