Pick-up instructions
Please follow these instructions: (we are just 6 minutes by bus from the airport) 1. Head to the Departure Level (upstairs), and exit the airport. 2. On your left, you’ll find different bus stops (in front of the CFF train station) WALK AROUND THE CORNER TO YOUR LEFT-HAND SIDE 1. Please get your TPG bus ticket at the ticket machine (It costs 3 CHF per person which the representative deducts from the rental price at the pickup) 3. Embark on one of the following buses: 23 - Direction CAROUGE-TOURS: EXIT THE BUS AT the stop BLANDONNET 57 - Direction Zimeyza: EXIT THE BUS AT the stop BLANDONNET 4. Get off the bus at the following stop: BLANDONNET. 5. Head up the stairs and you’ll find the desk at the entry of the Blandonnet Shopping Centre. It is located at the main entrance, in front of the COOP Restaurant, next to Decathlon.

Pros: Stefan was very friendly and helpful, his English is very good. Office was easy to find from the airport. Car was a few years old but good condition and clean. Deposit was refunded promptly. Also, no extra charge for cross border travel which isn't the case with bigger car rental companies.

Cons: Nothing to complain about, I would use them again.

Pros: It was good value for money and the man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. No queues either.

Cons: It was a bit of a palaver to get from the airport to the shopping centre & car desk but the instructions were very clear and meant we had a quiet pick up desk.

Pros: EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM STEFAN.

Cons: A BIT DIRTY IN THE REAR FOOTWELLS AND SEATS. COLLECTION FROM AIRPORT WOULD HAVE BEEN A LITTLE EASIER THAN TRAVELLING TO COLLECTION POINT BY BUS.
