Pros: The efficiency of the car rental agent
Cons: When I returned the car to the agent ( refuse to discuss with me). On top of it the report sent by the company was not accurate. I’ve provided the photos from the day of the pick up with all damages versus what I’ve received from them ( their messages were that I ‘ce done those damages -so NOT ok at all such type of behavior, even if the car was full insurance)
Cons: Lack of communication wasn’t told about lane control on the car when I have not used this facility before.
Pros: Reasonably friendly and efficient customer service.
Cons: Take care to read the fine print, if you choose against full insurance cover then your security deposit will be a lot higher, in this case mine was 2000 CHF instead of 500 CHF.
Pros: There are a lot of scratches.
Cons: They claimed i made a scratch in the top roof while it was mentioned in the pock up report !!!
Pros: Service agent stayed on past closing time to check us in following a delay to our flight.
Pros: Although I filled all the forms online as you asked for, I had to stand on the counter and wait 20 minutes before a conversation with a representative, which was very nice and professional. In the conversation, it became clear to me that I had purchased insurance in a company that was not the rental company. It's a shame you don't very clearly offer this option and its meaning. I purchased insurance in the company that I was sure was related to you !!!
Cons: Always remember that English or French are not always the main languages of your customers ... In addition, no one explained that at 4:00 am there is no shuttle from the car park back and you have to walk fifteen minutes on foot. If it was cold or wet it could have been very unpleasant !!!

Cons: Too much time to pick up and drop the car. The price was higher than the expected by email.

Cons: The car was given to me without the oil being checked. On the day after I collected it the oil warning message came on. I contacted Customer Services twice by email and twice by phone. I had no reply at all to my emails and the promised ring back never came. Customer Service is non existent so if you have an issue to discuss, you can't. Terrible experience. L

Only for a grumpy roadside assistance guy to turn up without a spare tyre and tell us we should not have called them as we had already changed to the

Cons: Long walk from T2 (flight arrival) to T1 (rental car office) and then shuttle bus journey to P51 (car pick-up). Low oil level warning light in car after driving only 100kms - had to purchase engine oil & top-up before driving further!
Pros: Efficient once we got the paperwork done. When we got the small estate it was obvious we couldn’t use it so they found us a replacement immediately with no fuss - obviously with an extra cost - Volvo XC60 was fantastic. Drop off was very good. We also had a query whilst we were on holiday and customer services via email were very quick to help.
Cons: Finding the counter wasn’t that clear in Geneva - French or Swiss side?? Once there there were 2 reps and the longest queue - about 8 people collecting cars. The bus from the desk to the car park was good and the process was fine after that.
Pros: Useless service. Overcharged us €300 because we didn’t have a credit card under the drivers name
Cons: Excessive charge for a small superficial scratch of which we weren’t aware - I.e. not caused by me but probably when parked. Will stick to other providers in future who do not adopt shark tactics

Cons: Charged 300 Euros for a 1cm scratch that was barely visible on the wheel , I definitely did not do the scratch, it is very hard to photograph every single scratch on a polished car parked very close to other cars when you collect it , I had about 15 photos of scratches but had failed to notice the tiny one on the wheel . the rental agent spent ages trying to find something to charge me for , given the very high prices currently being charged for rental cars I find this outrageous

Pros: The car was in very good condition, it was upgraded to a larger vehicle free of charge, so it was more comfortable than expected.
Cons: There was a confusion about the payment, we were able to make the booking using the main driver's card on your website, but when we arrived to pick up the car, we were told that the card was a debit card and it was therefore impossible to use it to complete the booking. We had to change the main driver and pay for an additional driver in order to rent the car, what a shame!

Cons: Firstly, I was very disappointed to arrive at the pick up desk to be told that I can only process my transaction using a credit card. Since I did not have one, l requested for a refund of the deposit of £25.00 l paid to you using my debit card. The representative asked me to ring the booking agent. I asked her for the telephone number to call but she said she doesn't know the number. I expected that if they are partners you deal with, they should be able to have your telephone number.

Cons: They requested a 5000 deposit if not using their insurance. I have an annual excess policy so did not want this but the 5000 was too much to put on my credit card. I then had to pay an excessive amount for their insurance. The fees are listed in the small print but are excessive.

Cons: BEAWARE! The fact that having the lowest insurance they want a deposit of 5000CHF!!! Most of the people then are forced to agree to take on an extra insurance which costs 20CHF per day, but you still have to deposit 1500CHF. Top level insurance, which is 55CHF per day, covers everything and no deposit is needed.

The minimum rental age for vehicles in car groups Standard, Luxury, Intermediate, Premium, Fullsize is 25. A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.
Maximum rental age is 80 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit. Please note that the International Driving Permit is valid only if accompanied by the regular driver license.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: valid driver license, credit card on a main drivers name, Passport or ID card, booking voucher, photocard driving license, bank statement or utility bill.
The exact deposit is determined on pick up since the amount is dependent on the type of vehicle. Deductible/excess will be charged per damage.
The following payment methods are accepted: American Express, MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card.
Cash, Debit cards, Prepaid cards is/are not accepted.
Credit card must be valid during rental period for at least 180 days.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders to EU countries is free of charge.
Details are available from the car rental company's reservation office. In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.
