Pros: All in all fine but for the fact that I got a smaller car than booked with no other options available. Not good given have booked well in advance and have paid good money for a larger car to accommodate the luggage we had. Ended up squashed into a smaller compact crossover which just wasn’t good enough really

Pros: the picking up and the dropping off was very fast.

Cons: The signs inside the airport were not visible everywhere - they were only visible on the right side of the airport and so we miss them. I suggest that in the instructions send to pick up the car, inform were is the office.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 2950.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

There is no maximum age.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

For vehicles in groups Luxury, Premium a driver license issued at least 3 years ago is required.

Driver licenses will be accepted if issued in the following country(ies): Switzerland, United Kingdom, EU.
For driver licenses from countries not party to the Geneva / Vienna Convention on Road Traffic (e.g., China), an official translation of the license in the following language(s): English, together with the original license, must be presented.
A digital driver's license will not be accepted — you must bring your physical driving license.
Otherwise, the renter must provide an International Driver Permit (IDP).

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher, proof of home address (e.g. Utility bill).
Deposit and deductible policy

If the customer takes the following extra equipment: GPS Navigation system, Baby seat (up to 1 year of age), Child seat (2-4 years of age), Booster seat (4-10 years of age), Additional Driver, Mandatory surcharges, then an additional amount of deposit will be held on their credit card.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a full tank of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.
Electric vehicles must be returned with the same battery charge they had when picked up to avoid additional charges (on a per kWh basis). An additional admin fee will be charged if a vehicle is returned with less than 70 % battery charge remaining.

Winter tires are recommended during the winter season but are not mandatory.
Snow chains are recommended in icy/snowy conditions, especially when traveling in mountainous areas.
Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 0 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
