Pros: Lionel made us feel uniquely special. Smile and truly welcome us: from pick up at the airport, bottes of water, swiss chocolates. Our car was in top condition and extremely well maintained. Unfortunately we had an accident and Lionel was very accommodating, guided us through the whole process smoothly, hassle free.

A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 24.
Maximum rental age is 85 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: credit card, Passport or ID card.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard, Visa, American Express.
The following payment methods are accepted: Cash, Debit cards.
The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Crossing country borders is allowed to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Italy, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain-Mainland, Sweden.
Crossing country borders with Luxury, Premium is not allowed to the following country(ies): Italy.
In the event that Cross Border & Territorial Restrictions are violated, all protections lose their validity.

It is allowed to add up to 2 additional drivers.
Additional charges will be applied.
Delivery/Collection service is available by previous request and for an extra charge of 40 CHF.
If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 40 CHF will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
An administrative fee of 40 CHF will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
If the vehicle requires a special cleaning procedure after it is returned, a minimum charge of 100-400 CHF will apply.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
