Enterprise at Geneva Airport
Customer Ratings and Latest Reviews
Cons: I've rented cars from all over the world, and Enterprise at the Geneva Airport had the worst customer service by far. When we got our car the rental agents never checked the car with us to assess for any damage prior to us driving the car. Then, when we brought the car back, the rental agent found a small scratch on the rim of the tire, and proceeded to measure it with his 1 cm in diameter gadget and charged us $320 for a tiny scratch on A TIRE you can barely see.
Pros: everyone was polite and helpful
Cons: i was shocked to receive the bill with a charge of $1000 (!!!) for "car damage" this is tottaly fraud and we returned the car in the exact same condition. it was returned before the rental was open and therefore no one was there to make this ridiculous claim. i disputed the bill obviously but this is no way for a company to operate without having the decency to even contact me and explain why did i deserve such a penalty
Pros: Cost and quality of vehicle
Cons: All good
Pros: They provided me with a brand new car
Cons: They did not indicate whether the car was gasoline or diesel, nothing in the paperwork to identify this either.
Cons: No car! Would appreciate contact regarding this to get our deposit back. Still on holiday at present, will be following up on our return.
