I have a flight to catch so I left the car there with keys hidden. I specifically asked the lady during car pick if there will be someone to pick up the car at 4:30am and she ensured there will be some one. I was told that we will get the voucher in email for uber from return location to mebourne airport but nothing yet. Really unprofessional behaviour.

Pros: Pick up from airport, complimentary, driver was a nice bloke that was chatty (That's important to me, as I am too) The lady in the office was easy to deal with and just happy to be there. An absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing was a problem!

They went above and beyond by arranging an Uber for both my airport pick-up and drop-off — which probably cost them as much as a one-day rental! Really impressed by their professionalism and care for customers. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for affordable yet premium-quality service.

Cons: I had a smooth experience with the rental overall, but I am disappointed with how the return process was handled. When I returned the car, the agent confirmed that everything was fine. However, I was later charged $70 for not fueling the car to full. This was never mentioned during drop-off, and I was assured at that time that all was good. If the issue had been raised then, I could have shown proof that the fuel tank was full. This lack of transparency left me unhappy, as no support was provide

Cons: The fuel was not full on pick up. It’s had 640km until empty and when we filled the car it has over 860km to empty. Also the battery would not run on EV mode as battery was not charged about the whole trip- even though we drove for 3 hours the first day. That was frustrating.

Pros: I have trouble calling the local number from my international number to arrange for a pick up from the airport. I had to borrow a local's handphone to assist me. Perhaps can look at providing whatsapp service to notify if we arrive at airport for shuttle pick up?

Cons: Don’t know if the wrong instructions came from EverthingFleet, but accurate instructions on the booking and communication in the event of changes would definitely help travellers who are not familiar with the place.

Cons: we verified the drop off address with the counter on day of pick up. said it was correct. but when we went to the drop off we were then told it’s wrong and outdated. when we gave feedback to the counter lady, she just simply said “that’s weird”. (she’s the same person who told us the drop off address was correct as per our document). then she said “you guys made the booking a while ago right”

Cons: The car rental charge extra for the drop fee. The price quoted by discoverscar was $300. The car rental charge me $330 stating that the extra $30 is for the 10% GST.
