Pick-up instructions
Terminal 1 International: Exit the terminal building and walk straight across the pedestrian crossing to the adjacent carpark. Follow the signs to the car rental offices until you see the Enterprise car rental building.
Terminal 1 Domestic: Exit the building, and immediately turn left, walking parallel to the terminal for about 100m. Follow the car rental collection signs, and cross the pedestrian crossing, continue to follow the signs. The car rental office will be located in the car park on the right, opposite the international terminal arrival.
Terminal 2: Exit the building, and immediately turn left, following the signs to Terminal 1 International. Follow the car rental collection signs, and cross the pedestrian crossing adjacent terminal 1, continue to follow the signs. The car rental office will be located in the car park on the right, opposite the international terminal arrival.
Terminal 3 and 4: Stay in the terminal and proceed towards terminal 4 baggage collection area. The office is located opposite baggage claim 1 in terminal 4.

Pros: Able to return the car at International Airport instead of Domestic Airport as I need to drop off my parents who fly international. Flexible.
Cons: Nothing against Enterprise. Booking this car on discovercars.com was the problem. The graphic/picture for the car was a sedan version Toyota Corolla, and it was intermediate car as the category. When I got to the rental counter, it was a Mazda CX-3. A larger hatchback car. Not a sedan as I thought it was. Please make sure the graphic is correct. And also have some description what intermediate car is etc. Normal everyday people may not be familiar with Car Rental terminology.
