Pros: The employees admitted outright that all their cars were in terrible condition and needed oil changes.
Cons: It took over an hour to get from the airport to the agency on the two shuttles. The place was like a mile away from the terminal. The whole experience was an object lesson in the value of spending money for a good experience.

Cons: Uncertainty of the shuttle bus from the airport. Plus it’s not 24 hours.
Cons: The shuttle service at LAX was terrible. It was frustrating for the shuttle pick-up being a two step process. - It was unclear that the bus I was to take to the remote drop-off center was different than the other rental car shuttles. - Once at the remote drop-off center, it took a long time for the shuttle to actually arrive.
Pros: The vehicle was great and cost was on par with other rental providers.
Cons: Office was understaffed, disorganized, and wait times were long. Upon return, no one was in the return "booth" and employees who were receiving vehicles had no identifiable markings (name tags, shirts, etc.) so looked like any of the dozen or so people waiting for either a shuttle or return.
Cons: Took a long time to checkout a small line. Unkempt office, car and child car seat. Car had some clunking. No info provided in advance for car return. 3 parking spots in a garage out of sight from the office. No shuttle available during scheduled drop off, took city bus and barely made our flight
Cons: Entire process was a joke. Shuttle service was non-existent after getting to remote lot. We had to call for pick up. Others got sick of waiting and called Uber to be driven to office. Rental office was disgusting dirty cesspool. Took over 90 minutes to get car, despite there being almost not line. Rental can was biggest piece of junk ever, with him gh mileage, missing hubcap, dents all over, filthy inside. Upon return, during normal business hours, the office was closed. No return shuttle.
Pros: This was by far the worst rental car experience I have ever had, and I have rented many cars. There was nothing I liked about the service.
Cons: By far the worst rental car experience I have ever had. The front desk took an hour to process three customers. By the time I reached the desk my reservation had been cancelled and ended up with a more expensive car. The car itself was not well maintained and I had to refill tires with air twice. When we were picked up at the airport, there were not enough seats in the shuttle, driver told us to sit on the floor (so dangerous) and didn't want to remove our luggage so we could wait for next one.
