Cons: The car rental agent was fantastic but the address he put in our navigation for us for the Dakota Edinburgh took us to a dark industrial park late at night. We had no idea where we were or how to get to the Hotel (no cell phones and the postal code was not in the navigation system). It was after midnight by the time we finally found the hotel. The major down side to renting from this place was it required a shuttle bus from the airport which we waited 45 minutes for (tired, hungry, and cold).
Cons: Unfriendly staff, long waiting for shuttle, downsizing car. Got a small Citroen C4 , ordered and paid for a Ford Galaxy.
Pros: Pick-up was quick - upgrade suggestion was good
Cons: Drop-off was slow as personnel gave priority to pick-ups. Upgrade was expensive

Pros: The administration staff in the office were fine. Quick, pleasant, friendly and efficient. When we had a problem, whilst we couldn't get in contact with anyone by telephone, when I did go to the office to resolve, they were professional and resolved it quickly.
Cons: The first car we had was dirty and COVERED in marks. Also, C4 Picasso is NOT a VW Touran! Worse, it had straight up dangerous brakes and we had to return it. In order to do so, it took us 24 hours and 18 calls just to speak to someone. Then I had to drive 40 miles to change it myself. At the depot, the guy in his 30s who came to "check" the car was unbelievably rude and arrogant. The replacement car whilst fine, was also very dirty inside with windows I couldn't see out of due to marks inside.

Pros: The car was in pristine condition, the employees were nice and really precise when picking up the car
Cons: The office is a bit tricky to find and for the drop off we didn’t know how to proceed as the office was close in the early morning (6.30 am)

Cons: Was surprised to see that the car wasn't cleaned. I also rented an EV and was given very poor instruction around how to use Scotland's charging system. It caused a lot of stress for me. After calling a representative (which I had to ask a shop to lend me their phone since I am international) I learned that there was a much easier way to setup your charging capabilities. In summary, I recommend making it easier for renters to be able to charge EVs rented. Easirent should give a charge card to ren

Cons: It took me over 2 hours to pick it up because there was only one person there checking out cars, people keep coming in and nobody was leaving. There were only 3 people in front of me and it took them 2 hours to get me my car. When I dropped it off it was within their business hours but nobody was there.

Cons: On arrival at easement after waiting 30mins for shuttle it was nearly two hours before we got car. On return the shuttle bus arrived at the long stay carpark then decided to wait for some passengers delaying us by 40 minutes.
Pros: Nothing. If I had paid the promised price, the value of the savings would have been worth the time spent. In the end they charged me as much as Avis by adding a collision damage waiver deviously, but I had none of the convenience and efficiency of Avis.
Cons: Slow, rude, dishonest. I wouldn’t even consider renting from them again.

Cons: I rented a car for 240 pounds for picking it up the 25th of july at night. I hade a flight delay so I couldnt arrive to edinburgh the 25th, instead I arrived on the 26th at noon. They told me the car I had booked it was not anymore availbale. That during high season they can't hold the car more than 4 hours, even they new my arrival time the day after. So they told me they didnt have any cars like that quality, so I had to pay for a higher range car for 540 pounds, so 300 pounds extra.

Cons: As above and when we went out to the car (Kia Ceed) there was a smaller and probably cheaper car (Ford Ka), which we would have been happy with but weren't given the option when we paid.

Cons: They were unbelievably unhelpful. We left a pair of glasses in the car and asked them to send a picture so that we can identify them. They did not do so, even though we had been begging for 4 days. They refused to send us the glasses by post. The agents I talked to on the phone treated me in an outrageously disrespectful way. They told me they have no time for me and that "our business is finished" (even though they still had our deposit). I was unable to reach their manager.
Pros: Easy and quick drop off
Cons: Extremely unhelpful. We had a flat tire and all they did was provide a number we could call. They were much slower than promised and didn't explain our options or what was going to happen. Their "solution" took almost a day and included us waiting for hours next to the road, despite their promises. The problem could have been solved much easier and quicker.

Cons: The fact that I had to call the office and wait for a bus to pick up at the airport. Took quite a long time, and after returning I was waiting 25 minutes before the bus to the airport came.
Pros: Customer service was excellent. Rental desk worker that gave us the vehicle was kind and professional. Explaining things and not pressuring us into anything. Great experience!
Pros: The agent was very helpful. Discovercars cancelled our booking the day of our arrival without any prior notice and luckily they had a car for us. Otherwise we would have been stuck in Edinburgh.

Cons: They scammed us pretending they couldn't block a deposit on a debit card (I spoke to my bank, this isn't true), forcing us to spend an extra £300 on a full cover. Not much of a choice when the agency is lost in a business park, in the middle of nowhere, miles away from the airport... We asked if the car had a spare tyre, they said yes. We had a flat tyre a couple of hours later... No spare tyre, and an incomplete repair kit. Turns out 2 other tyres were also severely under inflated. AVOID.
Cons: Left me completely alone after an accident. Even had to organize recovery myself. They say 24/7 road side assistance... such a lie! Don’t use this service! They will rip you off if something happens and leave you in your own!

Cons: Difficulty in contacting company at airport - phone number given, but no public phones at airport. Personally had a non-uk mobile which didnt support the number that had to be called. Luckily an airport employee helped us out. Directions to find shuttle service was very vague for someone unfamiliar with the airport.

Cons: The experience was a complete scam. Despite being told on the vendor's website that I could use a debit card, upon arrival I was told that I would have to select a different payment plan which totalled over £200 MORE than the price I thought I was going to pay. This is ridiculous.

Cons: They made me pay in cash for repairs to fix the car, and I am still losing my 1500 pound deposit which I will fight. The attendants told me if I pay them cash under the table they would make the deposit fee go away (which they appearently confirmed with their manager). The attendent also asked me for my personal phone number so we could "stay in contact" outside of business, which made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I am pretty pissed about this will review this online. Easirent is a scam.

Pros: The service provided was really good. Quick, to pick up and drop off the car. Really easy to find the place. Near to the airport. Thecar was brand new and very clean.

Cons: It took over an hour and a half to pick up the car and there was an added $200 to the rental that was not previously disclosed. The facility was run down and in a muddy industrial lot. The airport shuttle did not arrive for about a half hour...then there was the ridiculous wait for pick up.
Cons: Location terribly obscure. Thank heavens I had marked the location on my phone- could NEVER have found my way back to return the car based on information provided. The shuttle bus drove off literally as we were headed to board, leaving us stuck for another 30 minutes before getting to the airport. The price of the in-car GPS exceeded the basic cost of rental. Really???
Pros: I did not like the service at all. I was left with no choice but to get from easi rent and was nearly left without a car.
Cons: They didn’t not have my car ready by 3pm. Almost 3 hours later they provided a car. They then tried to sign it off as providing at 3pm until I corrected them. I was told that it was busy and a que system. Yet people after me we’re getting cars. Phone calls made to them as requested on arrival to the airport were not picked up and no voicemail option. Totally unfair on my young family and no apologies.

Cons: Insurance not included (and costs about twice as much as the rental), nor is road assistance. Difficult to find. Car got downgraded (Renault smart instead of Ford fiesta), and had damaged interior. Took 30 min to find and more than 30 minutes to receive the car. 95 pound was blocked on my card for gas. Unblocking the excess of my car takes 10 days.
Cons: I rent cars every month or two, and this was an experience that stood out for all the wrong reasons. "Easirent" is an Oxymoron. The place was tough to find; and the gentlemen behind the desk of this shoddy operation use an aggressive sales pitch to entice the customer into paying for expensive insurance add-ons. Underlying this is the premise that your £1700 card deposit will be deducted IN FULL if there is a single scratch on the vehicle (unless you buy their insurance). Run like hell. We did.

Cons: Not interested in the problems with the car. He actually argued with me regarding the defective tyres. The police in Glasgow gave us a warning.

Cons: Had to pay a lot more for insurance package and car GPS. Insurance premium cost more than the car hire. The whole process took a long time, more than an hour as we had to wait outside for them to wash the car. Car was not properly cleaned, with dirty tires and interior not properly vacuumed.
Pros: it was very quick and easy to pick up the car and drop it off, the agent who attended to us for the car's pick up was really nice and helpful, we even got more (navi + automatic) than we paid for
