Pros: The service from Nico at Dirent a car couldn’t have been better.

Pros: Very friendly and informative staff. Great quality car, exactly as booked and nearly new.

Cons: The drop off was a little slow as there was only one member of staff manning the desk. He was was very friendly and helpful though

Pros: Nic navíc

Cons: Vysoký deposit, nepředali vozu před letištěm, nucena platba pouze z karty objednavatele. Navrácení vozu v kanceláři. Zbytečná omezení při navrácení vozu - vůz musí nacrstot POUZE objednatel. Když objednatel letinletadlo v 5.00h, jak nacrstot vůz? Zbytečně omezující nelegicke podmínky.

Pros: Extremely helpful, picked us up at airport as disabled. We damaged hubcaps, was very efficient & fair in dealing with paying for damage & supplying me paperwork required to claim on my insurance.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: No meet & greet, we had to phone them to find them and walk the 350m from airport terminal (160m according to them, but that’s from the airport gates on the road), left behind luggage & other party members including young children.

Cons: No meet & greet, phoned Dirent & walked 350m from airport terminal (160m according to them, but that’s from the road), left behind luggage & people. We didn’t get the car booked, paid more as the car we booked had bigger interior & boot. Dirent (Nikos) said as our insurance was with Discover we would have to pay him and claim it back, there was a veiled threat, luckily we took pics he tried saying fuel was full & there was damage, but backed down when he saw our pics & no lift back to airport.

I was a little unsure of booking a more budget option and the 'meet and greet', but our rental agent met us with a sign right at the gate and helped us with our luggage as we walked four minutes down the road to their office, just a building past Enterprise. The paperwork was quick and easy, and they were sweet with our two toddlers. The car itself was better than expected, ran well and very clean. Would definitely recommend.
