Dirent a car Greece at Zakynthos Airport

Pros: No meet & greet, we had to phone them to find them and walk the 350m from airport terminal (160m according to them, but that’s from the airport gates on the road), left behind luggage & other party members including young children.

Cons: No meet & greet, phoned Dirent & walked 350m from airport terminal (160m according to them, but that’s from the road), left behind luggage & people. We didn’t get the car booked, paid more as the car we booked had bigger interior & boot. Dirent (Nikos) said as our insurance was with Discover we would have to pay him and claim it back, there was a veiled threat, luckily we took pics he tried saying fuel was full & there was damage, but backed down when he saw our pics & no lift back to airport.

Pros: Easy and quick pick up and drop off. Car was a higher than standard specification and at a great rate.

Pros: Our meet and greet was at the airport waiting for us, was very nice and helped with our luggage. At the office, Nikolas was superb. Happy, friendly and very professional and he dealt with the pick up very quickly.

Cons: Nothing. I was gobsmacked that there was not a single issue, problem or pain - not even the slightest push to take added insurance.

Pros: Extremely helpful. I left cardigan in car on return, not realising until at airport, Nicolas was kind enough to bring it to me after phoning him at the office

Pros: Review for the Zakynthos airport office. Really efficient service from these guys. Picked up and taken to office, 2 mins away and on our way quickly in an almost brand new car. Super clean, no issues. Returning was quick as well. Would definitely recommend and use again

Pros: Direntacar at Zakinthos was brilliant value. I was a little unsure of booking a more budget option and the 'meet and greet', but our rental agent met us with a sign right at the gate and helped us with our luggage as we walked four minutes down the road to their office, just a building past Enterprise. The paperwork was quick and easy, and they were sweet with our two toddlers. The car itself was better than expected, ran well and very clean. Would definitely recommend.

Pros: Professional customer service with reliable vehicles at a good price. I visit the island 4-5 times a year and have always rented my car from a company with a ‘trusted name’. Due to the excellent rates I decided to try Dirent for my last trip and they did not disappoint. Seamless service, with competitive prices. Will continue to use in the future.

We were processed efficiently and drop off to the airport within half hour of arriving at their office. The car was in a very good condition. No issues at all.
