Pros: Nothing!

Cons: Everything

Pros: Best experience for car rental in morocco , car is brand new , has all the options needed , very good service , Hicham provided exceptional support !

Pros: Really nothing

Cons: We contract a Renault Exprés or similar and DiRent deliver a Clio. No reduction in price and the excuse was that Clio was higher class and that the Exprés was unabalable. No one in the Terminal Arrival as they mailed. More than one hour waiting in the midle of the parking wuth any specufic Signal of DiRent.

Pros: The car was clean and good.

Cons: Information about the exact location of the company. No communication about the extra costs of the parking

Pros: every aspect was well taken care

Pros: The car provided was new - also clean and worked great! Also the delivery was smooth.

Cons: While dropping off the car at Casablanca airport the agent wanted to charge 200 DH washing costs even though it was not mentioned beforehand that we had to wash the car. Also the car was spotless clean when we left it - so we felt he just wanted to charge money. We protested and then didn’t have to pay in the end.

Pros: It was very smooth and the price was better than with the competition (economycarrental.com)

Cons: Nothing

Pros: L'agent mohamed pour son efficacité

Cons: It was a total mess picking up the car. No one from the company was there, we contacted them and they told us to wait on the airport that someone was coming. After 3 hours waiting in vain, we decided to get a taxi to the hotel. Next day we had to get a taxi again to the airport to have the car. Unfortunately no one answered our complaints neither refund us for the inconvenience

Pros: Provided me with an upgraded car as to the one I requested.

Cons: Requested an additional day on my rental, but that was at a very high price. So I declined it. Minus point on the service.

Pros: Car tyres were not in good condition. Brakes started making noise half through the rental which were fixed through a company garage but I wasted almost 1/2 day. Taking the car & then picking the car from the garage. Though the process was handled efficiently.

Pros: Curious and very helpful staff.

Cons: Car ran well but had a lot of cosmetic issues. Not a huge deal, it just took some time to document all of the

Pros: Absolutely Nothing! You dont pay extra to return at different location when agent refuse to come

Cons: The rental guy is an absolute joke, he is one man show as per him. We had full cover from Discover car but this guy tried to sell us another one. My flight got delayed and he was not willing to accomodate. We booked the car to return at Train Station and we decided to return one day earlier But he said he has no time to come to Train Station. He is at airport if we wish to return then bring it there. So we ended up going to airport which is 40mins drive and then took taxi back. He hung up phone

Cons: Empty to empty policy gas. After a long flights of 15 hours arrived to pickup a car rental with an empty tank with light on.For me this is not a service but a pain in the a**.I returned the tank half full Did I get refund like other companies No.

Pros: The agent who bring the car and pick it up

Cons: I did get a car that I didn’t ask for to twice price

Pros: The car rental from diRent was a disaster. The car the gave me was not working well. The engine light and a second warning light came on about 100 Km into the trip. When we arrived in Fes I caledl the company and told them that the second light indicated a serious problem that the manual warned should be dealt with immediately. The told me to go to the dealer in Fes and have it repaired. To say the least, that was frustrating. They refused to have another replacement car delivered.

Cons: Luckily the owner of the hotel offered to take the car for us. The dealer said it would take 2 days to fix. diRent still refused to send another car. The hotel owner said dirent did not answer the phone after calling them back to find out what they would do. The hotel owner convinced the dealer to do something. When he returned the car to us, both warning light were off, but the hotel owner didn't know what they had done to achieve that. Returning the car was as much a nightmare. See above.
