DiRent at Tanger Airport

Cons: It was a total mess picking up the car. No one from the company was there, we contacted them and they told us to wait on the airport that someone was coming. After 3 hours waiting in vain, we decided to get a taxi to the hotel. Next day we had to get a taxi again to the airport to have the car. Unfortunately no one answered our complaints neither refund us for the inconvenience

Cons: The meet and greet service performed by Mohamed was outstanding, thank you very much!! The inbound flight was delayed and customs took forever. Mohamed was very patient during communication and gave us good direction as to the location of the car. He was very fast in handling the paperwork. Really professional. Also returning the car was very very smooth. A real pleasure. Great job by Mohamed.

Cons: Nobody you can contact Besides the guy while delivered the car. The car was not clean. After 1 week still waiting for my warrant to be released and nobody replies on email or phonecalls!!

Cons: The rental guy is an absolute joke, he is one man show as per him. We had full cover from Discover car but this guy tried to sell us another one. My flight got delayed and he was not willing to accomodate. We booked the car to return at Train Station and we decided to return one day earlier But he said he has no time to come to Train Station. He is at airport if we wish to return then bring it there. So we ended up going to airport which is 40mins drive and then took taxi back. He hung up phone

Cons: Empty to empty policy gas. After a long flights of 15 hours arrived to pickup a car rental with an empty tank with light on.For me this is not a service but a pain in the a**.I returned the tank half full Did I get refund like other companies No.

Pros: The car rental from diRent was a disaster. The car the gave me was not working well. The engine light and a second warning light came on about 100 Km into the trip. When we arrived in Fes I caledl the company and told them that the second light indicated a serious problem that the manual warned should be dealt with immediately. The told me to go to the dealer in Fes and have it repaired. To say the least, that was frustrating. They refused to have another replacement car delivered.

Cons: Luckily the owner of the hotel offered to take the car for us. The dealer said it would take 2 days to fix. diRent still refused to send another car. The hotel owner said dirent did not answer the phone after calling them back to find out what they would do. The hotel owner convinced the dealer to do something. When he returned the car to us, both warning light were off, but the hotel owner didn't know what they had done to achieve that. Returning the car was as much a nightmare. See above.
