Pros: The customer agents were very cooperative and helpful
Cons: The car was mechanically having issues. One of the speakers were not working properly and was creating a buzzing sound as the music plays. Secondly, the brakes of the cars were not properly maintained as it was creating a sound when applied.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1645.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 27 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
The supplier will hold the vehicle for 29 minutes after your scheduled pick-up time as long as it is within their normal business hours. After this time, your booking may be canceled without refund.
