Pros: The car was good, the price was low compared to other offers, everything went smoothly, the agent was very nice and helpful.

Cons: Basically, everything was great, the only issue I can think of is that at first the agent didn't reply to whatsapp messages (but responded without delay when called on the phone), and the front light of the car weren't bright enough at night. Apart from that, everything was great.

Pros: Friendly welcome, and business was done quickly.

Cons: No office - we had to do business on the car park (it was cold and dark when we arrived). No signage - It was not clear where to collect the car - there are many 'red and white poles' in the car lot. They charged me a late fee, I think unfairly, my flight was delayed and I was within the 60-min grace period but would not release the car until I paid. The car was not in clean condition inside and out (but we agreed that I would not be returning it in clean condition).

Pros: The meeting instructions are terrible. The meeting point is car park space 115 and unless I was able to use my phone to call, I wouldn’t have found the agent. There is absolutely no signage. A WhatsApp number would have been better, and clearer instructions

Cons: Alla riconsegna non c’era nessuno presente e ho dovuto far chiamare un altro agente di un compagnia diversa e lasciare l’auto a lui. Incredibile!!!

Cons: No office or place to pick up the car. we had to fill up the documentation and do all the process in the parking under the sun, which is unacceptable. The car was not cleaned when delivered, but they expected to provided back with deep cleaniness and ready for other customers. They tried to scam me 60€ because according to them, the car was not clean, of course i refused and had to go out and get the car cleaned before returning back. Is the last time i will rent a car with this company.

Pros: The service and the price was very good.

Cons: The expectation to return the car clean . How is it possible to return a rental car perfectly clean when you have to drop the car early in the morning. It was a rainy day and it is impossible to keep the car clean inside and outside. I was told that it is in the contract to return the car clean.

Pros: Adaptability

Cons: Agent was not at the airport at our arrival. Car was not ready and we had to wait for them to wash it and clean it. After we waited, the car they gave us was not properly working so we had to switch to a different car and the agent gave us his car which was not clean. To be fair, he asked us if we wanted another car, but we would have had to wait for another 30 minutes or so. The car started to make a weird noise from the right front tire after an hour from pickup.

Rate includes
Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: € 1400.00), Theft Protection, Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Premium Location fee, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 25.

Maximum rental age is 75 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.

The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 2 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.

In order to pick up the car, the following documents are required: passport, valid driver license, credit or debit card on a main driver's name, booking voucher.
Deposit and deductible policy

Payment policy
At time of pick up, customers will be required to pay the amount of the rental and a deposit.
The following credit cards issued on the main driver's name are accepted: MasterCard credit card, VISA credit card. Any other cards or cash payments are not accepted.

The main driver must provide a physical payment card in their name with enough funds to cover the deposit to pick up the car. The rental company will neither accept virtual credit cards (e.g., GooglePay or ApplePay) nor someone else’s card (including family members).
Optional extras and services

Prices for extras are shown on the booking page.


It is allowed to add up to 3 additional drivers.
There is a charge of 30 EUR per rental per driver.
Delivery/collection service is not provided.
Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges. If the car is returned with a lesser amount of fuel, a refueling charge of 10 EUR will be applied + the cost of the missing fuel.
Additional information

An administrative fee of 60 EUR will be charged for each request received from the traffic police.
A damage administration fee of 150 EUR will apply in the event of an accident or damage to the car.
Rental period
The maximum rental period is without limitations.
Business hours
Service outside of business hours is available by request and for an additional charge of 61 EUR.
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 60 minutes.
