Cons: the car was not clean inside, the exterior vehicle is in a dilapidated state (scratches and shocks all around the car), problem with the front axle because the vehicle made noise at every turn. The service is not good and I picked up the car with the fuel level in reserve not very reassuring at 11:30 p.m. in the evening when we are with the family looking for a gas station hoping not to fail gasoline. i do not recommend this rental agency which does not even have an office at the airport.

Cons: Hamza, the representative of location auto was rude and aggressive from the beginning. The car he provided us with was unroadworthy. He grudgingly explained how a few basic things worked on a Dacia Logan that already had over 90000 km on the clock. He was gone before I realised by which time I had discovered that both front tyres were bald and damaged and the spare was flat! I got him back and he grudgingly gave us the car he was driving, a small Renault Clio . It was dirty and also poor.

Pros: The car was a compleet nightmare. It was obvious that the car was in an accident. We were scared for a couple of times that we will be stuck in the highway because the car will stop.

Cons: They weren’t at the pickup place. I called and waited for 30 min. It was nighttime so I couldn’t see all the scratches bad made a video of the car. We asked for another car but there was only a downgrade. When I delivered the car the worker wasn’t there. My father returned the car for me so I could get my flight. He told my father that in de contract the car should be clean but when I received the car it wasn’t cleaned.

Cons: I had to put air in the tires and fill the car immediately. It was delivered on empty.

Pros: Make sure you don’t deal with this company. You’re going to get your holidays ruined for sure. It happened to me and that was disappointed.

Cons: Nobody waiting for me at the pickup time. There’s no office. The staff don’t speak English at all. They gave me a car with expired documents. I’ve been stopped by the police and finned because of this. All night trying to sort the problem. They made me lose 1 day of my holidays until get the documents sorted for me to drive again. The car was disgusting, dirty and unsafe to drive. Drop off was another nightmare. Get away of this company!

Pros: Almost new car and new but hardly enough fuel to reach a gas station. Collecting and returning the car was a disaster. At arrival I had to wait an hour and when returning the car the agent did not come before 7am but asked to put the keys in the car and leave it unlocked for him to pick up later in the morning

Pros: I communicated well in advance, so it was easy to locate the agent who was in the car park

Cons: I'd prefer an office in the airport I had an issue returning the car even though I had sent WhatsApp msg about my arrival at the airport. Thankfully the agent arranged with the parking pay office and I dropped the keys there. Didn't feel safe but had no choice as I would miss my flight if I would wait for the agent.
