Pros: The final car we got was a good car and suitable for our need.
Cons: 1- the first car provided had the front tires without thread left they were worn and not safe to drive. 2- after long negotiation they agreed to prove a better car that took long time to get and clean 3- at drop off they gave us a very hard time about a small dent in the rear left door caused by a dog and wanted a high compensation using the tight time we have to check in to get what they want. 4- I told them I have paid for full insurance with you to cover these things but they refused that.

Free cancellation with a full refund up to 48 hours before your pick-up time, Unlimited mileage, Collision Damage Waiver (deductible: ~€ 1400.00), Theft Protection, Roadside Assistance (in the country of pick-up), Third Party Liability (TPL), Airport surcharge, Free modifications, State Tax.
Driver requirements
Minimum rental age is 19 years.
A young driver fee applies to drivers under the age of 23.
Maximum rental age is 70 years.
A Senior driver fee is not applied.
The driver license must have been issued by authorized authorities at least 1 year(s) before the date of the commencement of the rental.
For vehicles in groups Luxury, Fullsize a driver license valid for at least 2 years is required.
A driver license printed using a non-Roman alphabet (Arabic, Japanese, Cyrillic, etc) must be supplemented by an International Driving Permit.
In addition to the regular driver license, an International Driving Permit is also mandatory if the customer is not a resident of the following country(ies): EU.

Fuel policy
The vehicle is provided with a certain amount of fuel and must be returned with the same amount in order to avoid additional charges.

Rental period
The maximum rental period per agreement is 31 days.
If the renter would like to extend the rental period, renter should return to the car hire office at the end of the rental period to sign a new agreement.

Business hours
Period of time, during regular working hours, when the car is still guaranteed for the customer, if the customer is late for pick up (the grace period) is 120 minutes.
