City Centre Car Rentals at Perth Airport

Pros: Great easy to use and very friendly staff was great from start to finish

Pros: The car was near new. The car was lovely to drive - very advanced. Quite large boot - but not a real seven seater as the back seats were too small.

Cons: Sat Nav was rubbish - but they did refund. Distance from airport. Seven seater Nissan XTrail is not a seven seater. You might fit small kids in the back, but you can't fit seven adults. No manual with the car - I had to google how to get anything to work. No instructions either from staff. Middle seat is very small - not good for long journeys.

Cons: Hidden milage charge. In small print on page 3 or 4. Yet page 1 said Unlimited mileage. Agent made a big deal out of returning a dirty car without showing us picture of excessively dirty car. Sat Nav (extra cost) was not up to date - roads that had been constructed in last 2 or 3 years did not show.

Pros: Polite and altogether excellent.

Cons: Car inspection - report given but hard to decipher where are the defects. Car drop off at diff location without any inspection - pose a risk to hiree. This is despite paying for off office hours charge.

Pros: The car was ready for us to collect and the pickup from the airport was reasonably quick, returning was very quick.

Cons: We paid extra for a sat nav but weren’t expecting one that you stuck onto the windscreen, it kept dropping off plus it hadn’t been updated so gave us wrong directions. Luckily we could use our own phones which used extra data that we hadn’t expected.

Pros: Very helpful when amending our booking

Cons: Only complaint is that we could have done with a Manuel or a run through of the car’s functions before we set off as we got a warning like & steering notification that we didn’t know what it was for

Cons: They say 10 minutes to and from airport but it was more like 20 each way.

Cons: There was an almost one hour wait for the shuttle on arrival and had to find our own way back on departure as the they have only one shuttle van and that was more than 20 minutes away. Very unsatisfactory.

Cons: They were understaffed and took time before I could get to speak to someone, then even longer for them to collect me. The small car I received had lots of marks on and the engine power was not good at all.

Cons: Unfortunately the cruise control didn’t work in the car and when travelling for long stints it would have been amazing to take advantage of.

Pros: Really very good price charged by the company, car was more than adequate for our needs and whilst pick up of vehicle wasn't at the airport it was a short distance away, which was provided by the company.

Cons: Only one small point to raise and that was about the vehicle and it constantly advising a service for the vehicle was needed.

Pros: An extra insurance fee of $150 dollars was required when driving a distance over 500 km from Perth. That’s not a lot in WAustralia. Not mentioned anywhere until I was at desk. The car then became expensive for what it was.

Cons: Had to add a large number of dents etc to their pre prepared damage list. This should had been done by them before I arrived. I could have been blamed for them. The car was old with 156000 kms on reading. Worn leather seats. It went ok though. Cleaning top show. Webs and food could be seen in tight area between seat and gearshift at pickup

Pros: Fantastic value compared to other companies & free shuttle to and from the airport is excellent customer service.

Cons: The car was damaged when I received the car which made me nervous with what else I’m not aware of during the time I had the car.
