Pros: Quick and easy

Pros: Advise anyone to take detailed pictures/video before driving away. We had several marks on the car that were not marked on the contract. But because we'd taken a dated video all was well.

Cons: Catching the shuttle bus at busy times can be daunting and very crowded.

Pros: There were some technical issues with the car, auto menorca went above and beyond to help with no question and no impact on the holiday

Cons: Nothing, good value for money, great service. Car was a little dirty on the outside.

Cons: Did not take Amex although deposit could be paid on amex...

Pros: They were quite quick at processing the car when we handed it back at the end of our stay

Cons: They did not perform a visual check if thd car with me when si collected the car and the onus was firmly placed on me to check the car and records any existing damage via photos. They should check the car with you and complete a checking form to record any existing damage in writing at the time of collecting the car, rather than rely solely on you as the hirer to prove you did not cause any damage on returning thee we car at the end of the hire period

Pros: Friendly staff. Everything explained well. Car was very clean and good quality. Once we were seen at the rental office it was a quick turnaround and the rest of our experience was great. Would highly recommend.

Cons: It was not clear how to find the representatives at the airport. We were waiting at the wrong place for about 15 minutes. A clear sign to direct people where to go would be great. Once at the rental office it would be good to be told where to go and that you need to get a ticket. Nobody instructing people what to do so had to ask a fellow tourist.

Cons: Car had not been prepared for rental and was filthy inside & out

Cons: Not enough info regarding car. The one i rented was actually a plugin hybrid which would have benefitted from being used electrically. As it was the car was used on petrol which was quite inefficient (for me and the planet). By the time i had worked out how to use the car charging it would not have been cost efficient for the remaining rental.

Cons: I have hired a car lots of times from this company, I still have to give my full details each time a t pick-up

Pros: The staff were very friendly and no pressurised selling with insurance. No queues and waiting time, straight to a representative for booking in. No more than 10 to 15 minutes. Car was first class. Dropping off the car even easier. The car was checked quickly with no problems. Deposit money paid straight back onto my credit card. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Best car hire company I have used, by far!

Cons: The car was a bit dirty on the outside (splashes on the wheel arches) and there was no water in the windscreen washer.

Cons: Fuel reserve charge as staff said fuel gauge was faulty at 7/8 tank, wasn’t the case as I filled up to return and the gauge was working fine, so I was over charged about 10 euros for fuel.

Pros: Very efficient service and their customer service was brilliant. They did not bulky you like many into buying additional insurance. They asked once and when declined moved on as they should. There was a software issue with my hire car and rather than making me wait for it to be fixed They swapped the car with a better one in a matter of minutes my time and experience as a customer was their focus. They were transparent about everything. They checked the car on return which offered peace of mind.

Cons: The initial vehicle I received was rather scratched and shortly after picking it up it had a Adblue fault and a issue with the cameras. However they very quickly diagnosed the issue and swapped the car so handled it as good as they possibly could.

Pros: Great car hire experience, courteous staff, no hard-sell, car in great condition and excellent value for money. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Pros: They were much better, politer and more professionally efficient than other car rental companies in Menorca.

Cons: Nothing much in particular, but in general their car rental prices as with all other companies are also much more expensive this year than they should be. Covid has absolutely nothing to do with this. The demand for cars in Menorca this year is as much as ever. Business is really very good, and better than last year or the year before. As such the prices should not be so high as they unreasonably are.
