Autos Menorca at Menorca Airport

Pros: Friendly staff and new car

Cons: pick up from airport. We were waiting with around 20 others. but this wasn’t really a major issue

Pros: Good Price. Easy drop off.

Cons: Meeting at airport, no clear procedure, slight damage noted on pickup, almost impossible to make contact with evidence of that, no basic instructions to operate the car- either in person or a basic controls leaflet.

Pros: Car excellent, they didnt pressurise at all. Very quick turnaround.

Cons: Nothing all great

Pros: Very friendly staff and helpful transfer drivers

Cons: N/A

Pros: Great prices, professional service, no hard sell, no pressure on taking out extra insurance. Quick and smooth collection and drop off of vehicle. Highly recommend

Cons: N/a

Pros: Fast and easy pick up and drop off.

Cons: Great service with no issues.

Pros: Quick and efficient. Note we were advised that the outside of the car could be a bit dirty duer to a water shortage. Inside clean

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The friendly service.

Cons: The car was not as clean as it could have bee, although the external cleanliness was likely due to Menorca policy of not washing cars.

Pros: Polite, simple and quick

Cons: As above

Pros: Quick and easy

Pros: Advise anyone to take detailed pictures/video before driving away. We had several marks on the car that were not marked on the contract. But because we'd taken a dated video all was well.

Cons: Catching the shuttle bus at busy times can be daunting and very crowded.

Pros: There were some technical issues with the car, auto menorca went above and beyond to help with no question and no impact on the holiday

Cons: Nothing, good value for money, great service. Car was a little dirty on the outside.

Pros: Pretty efficient and decent car.

Cons: Did not take Amex although deposit could be paid on amex...

Pros: They were quite quick at processing the car when we handed it back at the end of our stay

Cons: They did not perform a visual check if thd car with me when si collected the car and the onus was firmly placed on me to check the car and records any existing damage via photos. They should check the car with you and complete a checking form to record any existing damage in writing at the time of collecting the car, rather than rely solely on you as the hirer to prove you did not cause any damage on returning thee we car at the end of the hire period

Pros: Helpful, quick and friendly.

Cons: Quality service. Great price.

Pros: Friendly staff. Everything explained well. Car was very clean and good quality. Once we were seen at the rental office it was a quick turnaround and the rest of our experience was great. Would highly recommend.

Cons: It was not clear how to find the representatives at the airport. We were waiting at the wrong place for about 15 minutes. A clear sign to direct people where to go would be great. Once at the rental office it would be good to be told where to go and that you need to get a ticket. Nobody instructing people what to do so had to ask a fellow tourist.

Cons: Car had not been prepared for rental and was filthy inside & out

Pros: Location and friendly staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Friendliness

Cons: Pick up a bit slow, and had a ticket system which wasn’t obvious if you weren’t familiar with the system . Drop of was very easy :-)

Pros: Price and speed to get the car

Cons: Only one attendant in the returns department

Pros: Great car, extremely friendly customer service

Cons: Nothing

Cons: Not enough info regarding car. The one i rented was actually a plugin hybrid which would have benefitted from being used electrically. As it was the car was used on petrol which was quite inefficient (for me and the planet). By the time i had worked out how to use the car charging it would not have been cost efficient for the remaining rental.

Pros: Good cars, friendly staff and convenient to airport

Cons: I have hired a car lots of times from this company, I still have to give my full details each time a t pick-up

Pros: Friendly and easy

Cons: It was difficult to find them at the airport

Pros: The staff were very friendly and no pressurised selling with insurance. No queues and waiting time, straight to a representative for booking in. No more than 10 to 15 minutes. Car was first class. Dropping off the car even easier. The car was checked quickly with no problems. Deposit money paid straight back onto my credit card. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Best car hire company I have used, by far!

Cons: All good

Pros: No issues, used many times and I keep going back.

Cons: The car was a bit dirty on the outside (splashes on the wheel arches) and there was no water in the windscreen washer.

Pros: Relatively quick and easy. Did not get bothered with additional costs as we went fully covered.

Cons: Was a little difficult to find the shuttle bus. Had to ask in terminal.

Pros: Friendly staff

Cons: Fuel reserve charge as staff said fuel gauge was faulty at 7/8 tank, wasn’t the case as I filled up to return and the gauge was working fine, so I was over charged about 10 euros for fuel.

Cons: Added costs when picking up car !!

Pros: Lovely service by auto menorca staff

Cons: Nothing

Pros: Very efficient service and their customer service was brilliant. They did not bulky you like many into buying additional insurance. They asked once and when declined moved on as they should. There was a software issue with my hire car and rather than making me wait for it to be fixed They swapped the car with a better one in a matter of minutes my time and experience as a customer was their focus. They were transparent about everything. They checked the car on return which offered peace of mind.

Cons: The initial vehicle I received was rather scratched and shortly after picking it up it had a Adblue fault and a issue with the cameras. However they very quickly diagnosed the issue and swapped the car so handled it as good as they possibly could.

Pros: Great car hire experience, courteous staff, no hard-sell, car in great condition and excellent value for money. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The pick up was organised from the laptop of a guys car It got better after that

Pros: The friendliness of the drop off driver, very polite and friendly.

Cons: Booster seat a bit expensive.

Pros: The staff were polite and friendly. We were not bullied into buying extra insurance and they didn't try to blame us for non-existent damage when we returned the car. The car was clean and in good order. Thank you.

Cons: Nothing.

Pros: Friendly and efficient on pick up Clean car

Cons: Drop off system a little chaotic and not clear what to do, where to wait for bus etc. clear notice and queue statements would help.

Pros: Everything was very easy. I had to amend the day we picked up the car. This was very easy to do.

Cons: Nothing. We used them last year, they are very efficient.

Pros: Lovely attentive staff no hard sale for extras. Every thing was straight forward.

Cons: Nothing!

Pros: Clean car and when I noticed the petrol was not full when I collected the car it was quickly corrected with an apology.

Cons: I have not received any invoice yet for the €350 deducted off my credit card for the small hail stone dent. I need this to pass on to my insurers as I took out full cover seperately.

Pros: Excellent service

Cons: £2000 for two weeks very expensive. Car had not been cleaned before being provided

Pros: The pick up & drop off to the airport. The Staff were great

Cons: The process waiting to be seen isnt great and the inside of the waiting area could benefit both for customers and staff to have AC installed

Pros: Efficiency of staff, ease of renting car, quality of car and efficiency of minibus transfers.

Cons: Nothing at all. Everything was good.

Pros: Pick up could have been more friendly. Return was fantastic!

Cons: The female rep on pick up was surly and unprofessional. The female on return was brilliant!

Pros: The car was clean and fairly new

Cons: It’s not clear when arriving at the airport where to go to catch the mini bus to the collection depot. We had to hunt about and ask other travellers if they were waiting for a bus

Pros: Very polite & helpful staff.

Pros: Great service from start to finish

Cons: No dislikes would definitely use again

Pros: Very good value.

Cons: Took a while to sort out getting the size of car I had booked.

Pros: Even though we were 3 hours late picking up the car, due to flight delay, there was no problem. Desk staff were polite and helpfull, no pressure to take insurence, the car was new and the drop off very smooth.

Cons: Slightly difficult to find mini bus, but not a major issue

Pros: Modern cars (zero km in our case), fast return and lift back the the airport

Cons: Quality of the children’s car seats

Pros: Efficient and direct

Cons: Nothing

Pros: The car was in great condition and the service at the desk was excellent. There was a small wait when returning the car but staff where helpful and courteous.

Pros: Efficient service with helpful staff. It took less than 10 minutes from arrival to driving away with the rental car. Everything was thoroughly explained.

Cons: Nothing. It was all good.

Pros: Even at a peak time the staff were efficient.

Cons: The car was fantastic, looked brand new.

Pros: They were much better, politer and more professionally efficient than other car rental companies in Menorca.

Cons: Nothing much in particular, but in general their car rental prices as with all other companies are also much more expensive this year than they should be. Covid has absolutely nothing to do with this. The demand for cars in Menorca this year is as much as ever. Business is really very good, and better than last year or the year before. As such the prices should not be so high as they unreasonably are.
