Pros: The staff were polite and friendly. We were not bullied into buying extra insurance and they didn't try to blame us for non-existent damage when we returned the car. The car was clean and in good order. Thank you.

Pros: Friendly and efficient on pick up Clean car

Cons: Drop off system a little chaotic and not clear what to do, where to wait for bus etc. clear notice and queue statements would help.

Pros: Clean car and when I noticed the petrol was not full when I collected the car it was quickly corrected with an apology.

Cons: I have not received any invoice yet for the €350 deducted off my credit card for the small hail stone dent. I need this to pass on to my insurers as I took out full cover seperately.

Cons: It’s not clear when arriving at the airport where to go to catch the mini bus to the collection depot. We had to hunt about and ask other travellers if they were waiting for a bus

Pros: Even though we were 3 hours late picking up the car, due to flight delay, there was no problem. Desk staff were polite and helpfull, no pressure to take insurence, the car was new and the drop off very smooth.

Cons: Slightly difficult to find mini bus, but not a major issue

Pros: They were much better, politer and more professionally efficient than other car rental companies in Menorca.

Cons: Nothing much in particular, but in general their car rental prices as with all other companies are also much more expensive this year than they should be. Covid has absolutely nothing to do with this. The demand for cars in Menorca this year is as much as ever. Business is really very good, and better than last year or the year before. As such the prices should not be so high as they unreasonably are.
