Cons: Pick up a bit slow, and had a ticket system which wasn’t obvious if you weren’t familiar with the system . Drop of was very easy :-)

Cons: Not enough info regarding car. The one i rented was actually a plugin hybrid which would have benefitted from being used electrically. As it was the car was used on petrol which was quite inefficient (for me and the planet). By the time i had worked out how to use the car charging it would not have been cost efficient for the remaining rental.

Pros: The staff were very friendly and no pressurised selling with insurance. No queues and waiting time, straight to a representative for booking in. No more than 10 to 15 minutes. Car was first class. Dropping off the car even easier. The car was checked quickly with no problems. Deposit money paid straight back onto my credit card. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Best car hire company I have used, by far!

Pros: No issues, used many times and I keep going back.

Cons: The car was a bit dirty on the outside (splashes on the wheel arches) and there was no water in the windscreen washer.

Pros: Relatively quick and easy. Did not get bothered with additional costs as we went fully covered.

Cons: Was a little difficult to find the shuttle bus. Had to ask in terminal.

Cons: Fuel reserve charge as staff said fuel gauge was faulty at 7/8 tank, wasn’t the case as I filled up to return and the gauge was working fine, so I was over charged about 10 euros for fuel.

Pros: Very efficient service and their customer service was brilliant. They did not bulky you like many into buying additional insurance. They asked once and when declined moved on as they should. There was a software issue with my hire car and rather than making me wait for it to be fixed They swapped the car with a better one in a matter of minutes my time and experience as a customer was their focus. They were transparent about everything. They checked the car on return which offered peace of mind.

Cons: The initial vehicle I received was rather scratched and shortly after picking it up it had a Adblue fault and a issue with the cameras. However they very quickly diagnosed the issue and swapped the car so handled it as good as they possibly could.

Pros: Great car hire experience, courteous staff, no hard-sell, car in great condition and excellent value for money. Great job guys, keep up the good work!

Pros: The car was in great condition and the service at the desk was excellent. There was a small wait when returning the car but staff where helpful and courteous.

Pros: They were much better, politer and more professionally efficient than other car rental companies in Menorca.

Cons: Nothing much in particular, but in general their car rental prices as with all other companies are also much more expensive this year than they should be. Covid has absolutely nothing to do with this. The demand for cars in Menorca this year is as much as ever. Business is really very good, and better than last year or the year before. As such the prices should not be so high as they unreasonably are.
