Pick-up instructions
Customers arriving at terminal T1: After picking up your luggage, you must leave the arrivals lounge. As you leave you will see the cafeteria "Caffe Di Fiore" opposite. Behind this cafeteria and on the same storey, keep following the signs to "Minibus-Meeting Point/Punto de Encuentro" (Parking G). At the end of the ramp, go down to the lower level where you will find the AutoClick courtesy bus (Storey 0). An Autoclick representative will take you to our offices which are situated just a few minutes away from the airport. Customers arriving at terminal T2: After picking up your luggage, go to the arrivals lounge situated on the same storey. Leave the lounge and go to the Taxi rank. At the start of the taxi rank you will find our courtesy minibus. An Autoclick representative will take you to our offices which are situated just a few minutes away from the airport.

Pros: Nice car for the money

Cons: Agents at Barcelona office are terrible in terms of customer service. They gave us a damaged car and did no walk around with US. We didn't notice the damage until after we left the lot. They had it recorded but on a different car. When we returned it they insisted we damaged the car and charged us €900 for damages. After searching them on the internet i turned up page after page of this same scam they have pulled with many customers. Will never rent from autoclick again.

Pros: Service was ok. We didn't have too many options with 5 people and luggage, so it ended up being the only thing we could find.

Cons: A smokers car with a very bad smell. Give yourself at least an hour to get out of the airport as they are not that easy to find, especially off a late flight with a delay and 3 small kids trying to walk quite a long way to find their shuttle. Luckily I saw the shuttle who had waited about 20min and was pulling out to leave without us! I ran down the road and stopped him, otherwise we would have been stuck at midnight. A hefty late pick up fee even though they said we were not the last pick up.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: April 9th car was picked up. On April 10th the “check engine” light came on. In the morning the car would not start. We called autoclick in Barcelona. The agent told us there was “NOTHING” he could do and for us to call our Insurance Company. We Explained that this was NOT an accident. It was a car with a mechanical problem. The agent was very RUDE and hung up the phone. When we tried to call back the phone was not answered. We had to hire a man to boost the car and paid him45€. There is more.

Pros: I had booked a manual, small car and when I arrived we had to change to a bigger car since we were going to drI've from Barcelona to Rome and leave it there. Then I realized that shifting while trying to make quick traffic decisions and on narrow, steep roads would not be a great experience we upgraded to an automatic after much discussion and searching for a car they could let go that far and long. It all turned out well. They found a car and we had an excellent drive in a beautiful car.

Cons: They took FOREVER to get me my car and they were rude. And they gave me the wrong car seat for my car and had to go switch it after about an hour of trying to put it in.

Pros: It was pretty quick and easy!

Cons: Finding the shuttle once arrived is not straightforward when you've never been to the airport before. The directions provided in the confirmation email are horrible. It says something about going behind the cafe, but there is nothing but locked doors there. So we stood in line at tourist info desk and the woman pointed up in the right direction. Glad we were not in a hurry ;)

Pros: nothing

Cons: I was not told by any one that I needed an international drivers licence after repeat enquiries with autoclick over the phone and in person when I picked up the car. They said it was ok to drive with my Australian licence. I was fined 100 euros by police because of this. The lady said i will get my money back whyen i dropped off the car but it never happened.Worst experience ever, will not recommend. I have already told everyone not to use you guys.

Pros: Car was excellent and return was done very efficiently

Cons: Time it took to get the car...... only 1 person ahead of us, we had to wait more than 45 minutes to get service.... then after we got our contract done had to wait another 15 min for the car to come out..... maybe one of those days

Cons: Supplied with wrong size of snow scks for travel to Andorra which given the amount of snow was an issue but there was no quibble about the sinage does not make it easy to find the shuttle bus pick up point (not Autoclicks problem but could be clearer on the website) Barcelona airport
