Terminal 1 International
Upon arriving at Terminal 1 International, exit the terminal building and turn right, heading towards T1 Domestic. At the end of T1 Domestic, make a left turn and continue walking towards the pedestrian crossing on Airport Drive. Cross the road and immediately turn right at the car park pay station. Follow the pedestrian walkway alongside Airport Drive for approximately 200m until you reach the row of car rental offices. The rental counter is the last office in the row.

Upon arriving at Terminal 1 Domestic, exit the terminal building and head towards the pedestrian crossing on Airport Drive, located approximately 50m ahead. Cross the road and turn right at the car park pay station. Follow the pedestrian walkway alongside Airport Drive for about 200m until you reach the row of car rental offices. The rental counter is the last office in the row.
Terminal 2
Upon arriving at Terminal 2, exit the terminal building and head towards the pedestrian crossing directly in front of the terminal. Cross two sets of crossings and you will see a series of car rental offices on the opposite side. Take an immediate right turn and you will find the rental counter, which is the last office in the row, located approximately 50m from the pedestrian crossing.
Terminal 3 or 4
Upon arriving at either terminal 3 or 4, please proceed to the car rental counter located inside terminal 4, adjacent to the Qantas baggage reclaim area. All International Qantas arrivals do not exit the terminal make your way to the rental counter located in the Qantas domestic arrivals to complete your paperwork and we will direct you to your car.

Pros: Provide an upgrade as they did not have the exact car model we booked I.e Kia carnival upgrade to Staria.
Cons: Was inform Toyota Tarago is similar with Kia Carnival - at car collection. As I booked Kia carnival with bigger storage boot I rejected Tarago - but they claim they had the right to provide equivalent. I had to argue -equivalent in terms of seats as both are 8 seaters but luggage storage carnival much bigger than Tarago. They finally provide a staria which meets my storage needs 👍 Alamo should refrain fr advertise carnival if they do not have any they should advertise Tarago for transparenc.

Cons: Got a old car with lots of scratches and damages and are now being charged for a tiny little chip that most probably has been there before since we are not aware at all that it has happened during our rental.
